I’m grateful for Alma Cargo, we arrived to Dubai from the US and based on some friends advice we shipped our cars and were told clearing them ourselves is easy. Only to find out, you require an Agent. Fast forward to Google search and I contacted Alma Cargo and two others, they were priced in the middle and had good reviews, and also, were the easiest to work with over the phone.

The process was smooth, they were available to answer my questions (and I had A LOT!) very quickly and put my mind at ease with the process.

Additionally, they referred an incredible insurance agent and walked us through the registration process. I am very grateful for them and glad I used their services.

This company is the worst shipping and clearing company ever in the whole UAE, they are all liar, and no integrity.our shipment book immediately after confirmation on their quote, they said a booking details of the vessel for about 1 month after the date comes we found out that our good is not yet ship and not in the vessel that has booked, they ship our goods after 3 months of waiting, still they pending and again booked and it didn't ship, after all the delay and some of our good already become expired, when finally our good arrive we received it out of the pallet loose boxes and with missing boxes, because all of there staff is unprofessional the Manger, Sales Manager, Logistic Manager.no proper communication, they are very liar they make all the reason and drama that they think we don't know the procedure of shipping they think we are stupid and believe to their all reasoning, then when it comes to payment they cannot even wait 1 minute if you don't give the payment.don't ever try to make business with them very unprofessional.
