Do not use this company.
Incredibly unprofessional approach to providing and installing goods as agreed.
Over 6 month delays and still the company attempt to hold the goods paid for as ransom prior to installation.
Zero professionalism, zero customer service.
I would advise to avoid using this company as other providers exist in the market.

I would like to share my personal experience to prevent this happening to anyone else considering using Alpha home interior.
I placed an order for plantation shutters on the 11 Oct 2023. I paid 4071AED deposit.

The owner confirmed installation on the 27th Dec 2023, postponed to mid January 2024.
To date there has been no communication, messages have been ignored and NO window shutters as promised.

Please do not make the same mistake that I did. The owner is extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
I repeat, do NOT use their services.

Awful experience!

We placed our order for shutters and blinds in January 2023 with "10 to 12 weeks" delivery time. We were promised installation in March and were repeatedly lied to about the installation date. Finally installed in late June. The blinds we ordered were the wrong colour and not the promised black-out (he even said he had "never installed blinds and shutters together" and "didn't know that the blinds were grey and not white"). To apologise we were offered two additional shutters without charge and as of January 2024, we are still waiting for these to be installed despite being told that they arrived into Dubai in November 2023.

We have been lied to time and time again and most messages are ignored or we are just given an installation date that he clearly has no intention of honouring.

We are unhappy with the quality of the product and having just completed a full renovation project, this was by far the worst experience we have had and we are considering legal action.

We got our shutters on time as promised, Mr Antony was very cooperative and supportive from helping choosing the right materials to finalizing details to ordering to installing. His team is very professional, kind and decent. Spent a day at our house doing the Villa shutters and making sure they do it fast and quiet.
Highly recommended as they kept their word from A to Z.

Never ever trust them they are liars and doesn't till the truth. They told me it will take 8 to 10 weeks for installation and they took extra 2 weeks and when the brought the roof awning the measurement is totally different. I asked to return my full mony back.

Be careful, it is the worst service ever, they are big lairs, dose not keep there promises and so late in delivering the items, As well they took the full amount while bringing the item with wrong size. Now they r not answering the phone and they are not returning our money back

End result is absolutely fantastic. Great quality and fitting team. Be mindful of delays and shipping times as this added to the delay of delivery and installation.

Don’t be deceived by this company. They are taking advantage on people. The worst company ever.

Probably one of the worst companies in dubai there is no commitment always changing the dates over charging. I have been waiting for my delivery since November and its no where close to be complete

The worst service ever, a lot of struggle while working and once the work is finished they disappear.
I m chasing them for a year for some comments on their job and they don't even answer the phone.
