Stay away from this scammer if I could put zero star I will. He will take your money only stay away some one should report him to emirates police ️. All the car in photo are fake not shipped by him. Stay away or you will lose your money 100 percent

I shipped my car from dubai to Rotherdam through Alpha Worldwide. Mr. Ali was very professional throughout the process and took care of all the paperworks required. Every phone call and message was replied in a professional way. Thankyou Mr. Ali for your great service and making the process smooth.

Here's our honest opinion:

Pros:
1-they picked up the car from dubai quick
2- they replay quick
3- good with handling documentation
4- the car arrived as promised

Cons:
1-only offered single container
2- most expensive compared to other freight companies
3- delays and was offered direct sea freight but it had more the 5 stops
4- wasn't sent to the port i requested by to 624km away.
5- the car wasn't tied properly nor to the international safety standards they used the cheapest low quality ropes as shown in the photos and it was reported to them ahead of shipping but nothing changed.
6- clearance company charged around €1 k more than the price the stated pre shipping

Alpha Worldwide was absolutely fantastic. They handled everything from receiving my vehicle, clearing it through customs and even getting it through the registration process. Damaged my car during import.offered to fix it then returned it unfixed 3 days later. Promised to refund me if I paid for the repair which I did.then failed to respond to any further messages.despite me sending the repair bill and chasing multiple times.

I have used alpha worldwide on the shipping of my cars during my repatriation to Portugal. I have nothing to say other than positive feedback about the company. The process was very clear, I had a meeting with Mr. Sharath to explain and clarify how everything would proceed. After and during the process, he was always available on the phone to clarify any doubt or send any document that I required. I pass on their warehouse to see how the handling of the car was going, and the car was properly covered. The car reached Lisbon one day before the promised date, and all this was during covid.

Please AVOID USING THIS COMPANY. Very unprofessional. After making a booking to transport 3 cars overseas, i was told it was done only to find out they booked it 6 days later. This delay led to a series of false promises and a delays which had cause me monterial losses aswell as time. Owner was very aggressive and rude and threatened not to return my documents when confronted. I had no choice but to go ahead as he had my document hostage and would not provide any proof of booking.

The following day, we were due to load the cars but then at 9am i got a whatsapp message stating there has been a delay with shipper and i should use anotber agent as they knew more about it and he couldnt handle it.

STAY AWAY DO NOT USE - TRIED AND GOT BURNT 1ST HAND.

This relates to my import of a Mercedes G Wagon in October 2020 from Germany to Dubai.

My experience with Alpha Worldwide, who handled this, was simply exceptional and pleasant. What amazed me was their high professionalism and commitment.

2 days before the arrival of the car at Jebel Ali Port, Mincy of Alpha Worldwide called and kept me informed, explained the process and provided regular updates.

Upon arrival of the car, their Manager Sharat took over the process. The words from him was “No worries at all please sir ; will take care of everything and deliver the car to your residence within 2 days”. This was quite relaxing. Sharat kept his word and completed all documentation, customs clearance, vehicle inspection/ test etc.and delivered the car to my residence on the second day. In the meantime, he provided prompt updates of every step along with photographs of the car. Everything was taken care by them and I did not have to do anything to do. This was simply great. Sharat was very friendly, cordial and humble.
