If I could rate it with 0 I would.
I have received the wrong order which belongs to the other person. And my order is missing.

I reported more than a week ago and still there is 0 communication and no one is willing to solve the issue.

Worst experience ever.

Online order from the cosmetic and pharmacy (Boots, etc.) brands of this group is a NIGHTMARE! Run away- never attempt. They always miss bringing all the items ordered. Despite they say same-day delivery when you open a claim file they tell you to wait 2-3 days. But hey! Do they come back. NO. And then for an online delivery you decided for convenience becomes the most inconvenient experience because of poorly managed systems and brands!
If you do online order for urgent medicine from Boots be careful, you can end up at the hospital because of their poor delivery system.

Ordered a gift box Bombshell Oud which was delivered in a pathetic condition. I picked it up from the store and was surprised at the packaging. It wasn't in the black VS box that their products are usually delivered in. I asked the lady at the counter and she said she has no clue as to why the packaging was different from the other boxes that were there for delivery. On opening the box the top tray containing the perfume was fine but the bottom tray containing the mist and lotion was leaking. Called the call center and the gentleman was not at all helpful. I suggested that the mist and lotion be exchanged and I would keep the rest but the gentleman just wouldn't listen. This is a gift which was bought by my son. Totally disappointed with AlShaya. I was told to return the package get a 25% on the next purchase and that was it. The customer service was not willing to help just taking the easy way out and said no stock available can't do anything complaint closed and can't open it again as no stock. Disappointed and upset at the callous behavior. Worst customer service ever. This isn't how customer service works in Dubai. You guys need to be responsible for your actions and rude behavior.

“No you are not allowed to complain! ”

I bought products from bath & body works which has been delivered to my old address. When I asked the customer service lady called Marwa how could you dumb a box without knocking on the door or making sure its delivered to the same person who made the order she said we can’t help you its your problem!
I told her I want to raise a complaint so she rudely said “no you can’t! ”. “It will eventually come to us and we will simply close it! ” She continued. I asked her to pass my phone call to the manager so she tried to get rid of me and promised to inform him to call me back but nobody called!
I have never seen such a horrible customer service like Marwa from Alshaya Group.

Of course before I made that call to the company I raised a ticket about my issue but nobody cared to answer.

Luckily I got my package from my old address, but honestly I have never been treated with disrespect like this in the city that I thought is the best customer service in the world.

I placed an order online from H&M and the parcel was delivered to an address that I have left 4 years ago although I have put my new address however as per my bill it is still showing the old address! I contacted Al Shaya customer service and they said they cannot fo anything to help and that it is my problem and responsibility and when I asked the rep if this means I should throw my money and forget about it she simply answered “ I am not expecting anything from you. This is our policy “. To be honest if a company like Al Shaya cant handle after sale service, they should not have online purchases to begin with! How hard can it be for you to send an email to the shipment company and ask them to pick up the order And re-arrange for delivery! This is the last time I buy anything online and I will escalate this to customer happiness center! You cannot have a policy that is against the client to that extent!

Worst experience ever, super frustrating. Not only was my delivery two weeks late and i was never able to get in touch, its been over 2 months and i still havent received my refund. Everytime i call them someone says they have raised my case and ensure they will call me back and nothing happens. Unbelievable

I had started my journey from 2015 December at apparel group in Dollar plus brand and it is multi category store. Starting my career with sales associate in dollar plus brand and it is located at city centre doha Qatar. In 2018 I got the opportunity in Assistant store manager. I run the store of 10000 Sq. Ft at Al wakra ezdan mall at qatar. In 2020 I got the promotion and I holding the store manager position in same brand till 2020 I prove myself by giving best drive in sale and execution the store in positive trend. Today I am at dubai by given proposal by brand general manager to look the store at IBN battuta mall.

I wish there was quarter star. The online customer service are possibly the rudest in the middle-east. The chat staffs are one of the worst, namely = ''Mohamed Abdallah'' who has this exact spelling. He keeps mentioning about sending an email when NO ONE replies in-spite of 20+ plus emails in a month. He refers it as they will reply "IF THEY ARE INTERESTED". Don't they have to do ANY reply at least. Not even an acknowledgement. Either this guy needs a better script for chatting or else he's just a rude guy. WORST ONLINE/CHAT SERVICE EVER!

Alshaya Career listen here carefully be honest your “HR” Team from Dr Vanjas or Dr Vanjes I do not even know the name! Because not interesting for me. Told me that I can not work! How dare they are to tell me where I am eligible to work where not? I just don’t know who is that person otherwise I will meet him or her on face! Customer service very bad I ordered 4 pieces online and a piece was canceled from my order because it was not available, even though I paid the price online and contacted customer service to replace a piece in place of the canceled piece and they did not help me

I’ve had the worst experience with them! Please NEVER EVER order online from this company. I placed and order and accidentally my old address was mentioned on the bath and body app. However I called the customer service and also emailed them to update it but not was done I continuously kept calling and chasing them they said it would be updated but one week later I find out after calling them multiple times that my order has been canceled without them informing me via call or email and my order is under the refund process which I have got has yet. They customer service says they will call back but never does or even reply to emails properly. The worst and most pathetic service ever. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM

Worst customer care service and delivery service! They just don't show up in the delivery date and never call back. And rescheduling take one more week, but guess what? ! No show again!
Never buy from this Brand anymore. Doesn't even worth one star, it's literally ZERO star.

Was assisted by a rude sales person by the name of Ndotto Sombe in your Muji store in Dubai Mall. After trying to correct her, doubled down on her reasoning and became increasingly defensive and started shouting at us while insisting that we were at fault. Never raised my voice towards her and thankfully the manager by the name of Priya came by to fix the situation. After being corrected by Priya, Ndotto Sombe did not even apologize or address what happened. Absolute terrible service and horrible person altogether.

Kudos to Priya for taking the time to fix the situation.

This review is related both to the online shopping experience with "pick up from store" option from Victoria's Secret and to the follow up service I received from Alshaya customer service.

Not only was the pick up from store option completely mismanaged and a failure, the follow up by customer service was completely unprofessional. The case of why the item ordered was not available at the store when I went to pick up has neither been resolved nor even properly addressed.

The details:
I made an online order on 14.1.2021 for store pick up from Sahara mall. Received an email on 16.1.2021 stating:
1. That the item is already available and ready for pick up at the selected store (clearly stated sahara mall)
2. That i should pick up within 7 days or it will be automatically returned and refunded
3. No mention of me needing to wait for any further info or instructions.
As per the email, item was ready to be collected.

2 days later, 18.1.2021, I arrive at the store but the item is not there. "did you receive an SMS from our store saying you can pick up the item? " was the question I was asked by the ladies. "You need to receive an sms first and then come". I tell them there was no menion of needing to wait for an SMS in the email. They search for the item, 15 mins pass and then they confirm the item is NOT at the store.
They call customer service in front of me. Apparently this has happened to 2 more customers the day before. I talk to the customer service personnel and he makes the complaint for me.

The next day, 19.1.2021, I get a call from customer service and I provide them with all the details. I am promised that they will investigate and get back to me with ways to solve this problem. That is the LAST i heard from them (2 weeks ago).

I sent out an email to follow up 3 or 4 times. Each time, i get an automated response saying that my complaint is under investigation and that a team member will contact me shortly.

7 days after the email on 16.1.2021, I receive the expected email that says that due to the fact that I did not pick up the item, it has been returned and refunded.

I follow up with customer service after receiving this email to understand what has happened, all they can say is that the item has been refunded and apparently that is all I should care about.

So, not only did they completely fail to provide the item and promised service (pick up from store), waste my time and effort in going to the store and waiting there, but also I was accused of going too soon (not waiting for the sms), accused of not picking up the item and that is why it was refunded. As if I never went and the item was never unavailable. So, in their system, all is good and all that happened was a customer who did not show up for pick up and item was therefore refunded!

Online shopping is a nightmare time and time again

And no care - they only know to automatically apologize on the phone but in the end no results.

خدمة عملاء سيئة وعدم وجود نظام قوي لحل اي مشله.
طلبت من New Balance وقد تاخر الطلب جدا جدا 1842 هذا رقم الطلب.
شركة الشايع تاخذ قرارات وتضيف علامات جديدة لكن لا تتحمل عواقبها او ادارتها. فشل في نظام التسوق اونلاين بالكامل. مع احترامي لموظفين خدمة العملاء لان الشركة لم تعطيهم كامل الصلاحية لحل المشاكل. وعدم محاسبه مسؤلين الاقسام لعدم ردهم علي خدمة العملاء عند شكوي العميل.
يجب عليكم النظر والتمعن جيدا مؤشرات سعادة المتعاملين لديكم.

Alshaya UAE Head Office. It has Starbucks Coffee on the ground floor and Lifco Supermarket with few other outlets. It is one of the old buildings in the area.

They stops to accepting Paper CV's. Only have to apply online. Before they accepting CV in their reception. But now not accepting. If you have any reference there You can try but it you don't have any references then don't go. Only waste of time and charges for going that long distance.

Ordered a piece of furniture. Guys needed to send me a simple car reg doc so I could get a security pass. It's taken five days and still no documents. Customer service is like 'by end of day'.

Updated review at the guys were super good when they got here.

The customer service of this organization is totally outrageous. Can't handle a complaints not replying for weeks so you always have to follow up yourself. Don't know how to manage the deliveries. Ordered the items from one of their online shops. Received the email that items were dispatched, since then never heard about my order! Already 2 weeks can't solve the issue.

After reviewing the company history and growth trend achievement and all really this is a company one would be proud to get associated with. Less I forget the franchise under Alshaya I find them great from Starbucks, American Eagle, foot locker and host of others.

Have been trying for several months to motivate someone in Starbucks to arrange for an English language newspaper for Starbucks in The Villa, Dubailand. Only Arabic newspapers there. Constant reminders to staff go unheeded. When I asked for Starbucks Head Office number they gave me a toll free number in Kuwait? No reply.
