I have used their services at multiple times and have never been disappointed. They use the best quality stuff for production, they are quick, their prices are still below other competitors and are available to answer and help even after completion of service.
I approached Mr Moosa quite last minute for a banner printing, and he well agreed to it and just while we decided to go ahead for printing with little time we came to know that my file was low resolution and had to be redesigned. With only very few hours in hand they helped me redesigning it in the same style, print it and also delivery it. I would highly recommend it.
They were very accommodating for last minute printing. BUT the quality was not up to standard. I had asked already whether the image was high quality and good for printing. They approved but the print was pixelated and the colour was off.
I sent them pictures of the poor quality and they said they will check but now there is no response. Please improve customer service and don’t deliver low quality products!
