We worked with this company for a year and everything was great. Until they brought me a dress with a stain that was not washed, and most importantly, they ruined my original Hoodie, they brought it to me with a hole and a stain on the bottom edge that was not washed, so it was also ruined. I guess it was damaged by the iron. When I contacted them the first thing they told me was that they would sort it out.then they started saying that they couldn’t ruin the jacket like that, that’s what it was like. Then we talked a lot with them to find solutions.to which they said that everything would be as we want. We will come tomorrow, pick up things and fix everything. When the courier arrived, the first thing he did was start saying that it wasn’t them who made the hole and still took the things, promising to fix everything. Naturally, no one carried the things until you called them. We called them on the phone and they said that they had fixed everything. They bring the jacket, still with a hole, and say that it’s not them.and that they offer us a 100 dirham voucher. (and regarding the dress and the stain, they do not give any guarantees regarding the stains) THEY RUINED MY THING I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE TO ANYONE HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I HAVE NEVER MEET SUCH IMPASSION ANYWHERE EVER.

Been struggling with them for SIX MONTHS after they completely destroyed my clothing item with ink. They took it back to fix, and I didn’t hear back from them for two weeks. They avoided my calls and gave me false delivery times.they finally called me back, dropped off the item and it was beyond destroyed and the silk was ruined. They refused to reimburse me or take accountability, I have been chasing the manager for 5 months for a solution and every time I am given false call back times and they never call me back. They STILL have my item to this day, and never gave it back or called me. Horrible horrible horrible customer service and dry clean service and customer treatment - STAY AWAY. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a laundry company

Delivered the wrong item to me and insisted I take it. Only realized it was the incorrect one after I consistently refused. Then when I did get my carpet back (a small ikea carpet mind you) the bill came to 86dhs!
Never ever using them again and will tell my friends who wanted to use them not to. Ridiculous price and I regret using them.

Very bad experience. This was the second time I used their laundry service (only thinking they must have improved)

I gave them curtains, for dry cleaning for which they initially told me was for dhs 300 pc each. They reduced the price but it was still super high
They delivered very very late with stains still noticeable. They took unimaginable amount of hours to finally deliver. I had to call them umpteen number of times. All this during Diwali. Very inconsiderate and Incompetent.

I had given them my dress also in March to dry clean and remove the stains. They gave me the dress literally only IRONED.

Even though they are in this business for so many years. They still don't know what they are doing.

Don’t use them just a advise. They will charge you big amounts for express delivery and work and then they not gonna clean anything just iron the clothes.

Awesome! Made my white coat which looked grey absoloutely perfect! All the make stains off and looks brand new

Professional people who do their work on all faces. I brought my clothes to them and there were a lot of stains, and they humiliated all the stains. Respectable people. I recommend dealing with them.

Very polite and hard working employee they are very clean and they dont do any mess when they clean.very fast service.and the customer satisfaction is very important to them.i had white colour outdoor seating area they cleaned it very well like new.also i did my curtains with blockout and they did perfect job.i highly recommend them

Good service & reasonable prices. I had a large batch of clothing since my washing machine broke down. They completed my order in 2 days & clothes came out cleaner than I have ever seen them before. Guys in the back are hardworking.

Do not use their services! They damaged my expensive blazer and they didn't give me money back or a new blazer. Additionally, they kept my damage blazer, however I have pictures of the blazers that I sent to clean and the receipt. Alwan alrabee dry cleaners laundry in JVC
The white blazer was totally damage and the black was shine due to the iron.
You don't have register of me however you have my number and you continue to send advertising.
I have been in your store 10 times and I called so many other times. What did you offer was Dhs 500 in your laundry. Of course, I won't use your services never again. I asked my blazer back but they don't give me.

The dry cleaner gave my bedsheet to a different customer. A AED 700 bamboo Super King fitted sheet. It has been 7 weeks since this happened. They have not returned my Bedsheet. They cannot get this from the person who they left it with.

They made NO effort to reimburse me for the loss of my Item. Nor did they offer to give me free dry cleaning to the value of the lost Goods.

For a country with fantastic customer service.this is absolutely shocking.

When I spoke to them they advised that this happens from time to time? ! DO NOT TRUST THEM with your goods!

Amazing service, very nice and helpful stuff. Their delivery is super and committed. Am traveling every week and only spend the week end in Dubai, so I used to ask for their super delivery every weekend as I always have less than 24 hrs between my trips and they always support and service on time.

I will not be sending my clothes here again. I gave a dress with a stain that still returned with the stain, another black dress came back full of dust and lint and threads (I am questioning if it was even washed), and another dress with a rope belt came back ruined. The ropes were all damaged. I am very upset. The last one especially was not a cheap dress and it is completely ruined now.

Use at your own risk! Horribe service with no care. Most of all sent back a jacket because of a black stain and jacket was returned damaged from what appears to be scrubbing! So unprofessional!

This is the best laundry place i’ve visited in Dubai. Quick and clean service and always on time. They take urgent requests very seriously and they treat them very professionally.

Alwan in JVC is my favorite laundry, i used their service more than a year. But now they became very poor and bad.i gave my clothes for ironing and it came back so smelly. I do not like their service anymore and they change their employees, not oriented at all.

Called AlWan to ask them if they could wash and dry my comforter. Was originally quoted AED 35; I made it a point to tell them my comforter measurements and to ask if the price included VAT (the male phone operator said it did). But when they came to pick up on Sat, they said that the price did not include VAT and I was quoted an extra 2 dirhams.

Also, I scheduled for pick-up at 11 AM. They were nearly 20 minutes late which caused me to run late for my own appointment.

I also requested that they deliver on a Monday. Instead, they delivered my comforter on Sunday without informing me in advance. As a result, I had to reschedule my appointments to collect my comforter and not let it sit out next on the porch next to a construction site.

Would not recommend unless you have a high tolerance for poor customer service.
