Majority of the 5 star reviews on this page is fake! Literally the worse service ever! They forgot I had given my laundry, days later when I called they had no idea who I was and what I gave them, they repeatedly asked for my number and we went back and forth the whole day after I was promised my duvet back by 5pm … when I finally received my duvet it was the exact same way I gave it to them except it smelled good the little spills was still on there I could literally scrape it off it was obviously not washed how ever I have no idea what they did to the blanket to have this smell and not be washed at all. I did not receive a apology or anything from them ontop of the bad service I had been given and I paid.

Worst laundry I have ever seen, rude staff, non professional people. Gave them shirts for washing & cleaning and came back with stain marks and they damage them and couldn’t repair them again their reply was we tried our best so u have to take them damaged. Left the shirts with them and I’ll file complaint in dubai consumer to get my rights

Worst laundry shop ever, they are very rude and been one week they didn’t bother to deliver the order.

I complained many time on them and I don’t advise dealing with them because they don’t handle clothes very well which causes damage

Laundry was taken and you have to chase constantly to get clothes back. They promise times to deliver and do not show up and the whole experience is time consuming and awful. I wouldn’t recommend these guys at all.

It would help if the person who answers the phone took the volume down on his music and understood basic English

Worst loundry ever, they don’t clean well and the put colored clothes with white clothes, my white shirts ruined by colors

Service, cleanliness and dealing with customers is more than wonderful. I am very glad to deal with them, and they also deserve ten stars.
