I had a wonderful experience at this clinic.with Dr. Sabahat. The clinic is clean, staff is friendly, and Dr. Sabaht is excellent and compassionate care. Highly recommended!

Don't visit this clinic, doctors are really good and polite, everything was perfect but few nurses don't care about the patients and they are very rude, and I think they may need training how to handle the patients specially one nurse is very aggressive I have visited here few times this was worst experience for me and am not blaming all nurses

Consulted Dr Astha for my pregnancy. It is my first pregnancy and so was very nervous and anxious but after consulting Dr astha always felt relieved. As a first time mom had so many questions and she answered and explained everything with patience. Half of my stress will go seeing her smile only. And her nurse Neetu is also very sweet. Dr.gives proper time and consultation to each patient. Thank you doctor

The treatment room has only 3-4 beds and you have to wait for your turn in a long line. I informed the doctor that I have a problem with high dose of Antibiotics, usually I'm getting it below 500 mg but instead of it I was given 1000mg. I will not go this location anymore. Its a waste of time and money

It was very good experience with NMC amala especially with Ms. Sri deepa K sreenivasan and her team. Well guided and great ways of approch towards the patient. Highly recommented.

I went to the NMC Amela Medical Center L. L. C last 6th of January 2023 because I'm not feeling well and having a heavy period, blood clots and suffering for a severe pain at the back of my body.

Dra. Astha Bhutiyani the ob-gyne specialist is the one who did the check up on me and I told her during our conversation that I have an allergy with any kind of medicine with aspirin and ibuprofen. And then she gave me a presciption then I went to the NMC pharmacy on the same day but didn't had a chance to get the medicine because the pharmacist told me that the insurance is down. So after that day, I went back to the pharmacy to get the medicine because I'm still in pain and they gave me a POSTAN FORTE 500MG medicine.

When I saw the medicine I got familiarize with the name and I'm thinking that this is the medicine that caused me to be hospitalized wayback 2010.

When I reached home, I did a research and I saw that I cannot take the POSTAN FORTE if I have allergy with aspirin and ibuprofen!

Kindly find attached file for the reference. This is not good. Is the Doctor wants me to be feel better or worst?

It was my first experience at NMC Hospital Al Khail Mall. The general doctor, Dr Rahela Majeed was very kind, polite and helpful to me. Arabic coffee, dates & juice was amazing. The token number on the screen (English language) popup only for a second, which is hard to understand in the local language. To see a general doctor, there is no line system. People are just coming and going to see a doctor randomly, which needs to be a proper system.

Really good care, quality treatments and polite staff when compared to other clinic's. Overall happy with my experience.

Good clinic. Visited Dr. Faaris and Dr. Anuj for my skin problem. Very good in person and explain the problem. Pradeep from lab was good and professional in drawing the blood.

I really recommend this clinic and specially Dr. Anuj for any skin issues.

Want to waste the time best place to go. Token system is in place. But. Pepole meet the doctor on theirway without fallowing token sysytem.

I have been visiting this facility since past 2 years and i can see a lot of improvement on customer service and patient care since 1 year. It was good to see a patient comes with emergency will be guided immediatly to treatment room with the support without any waiting.
I consult Dr. Sabahat and she is one of the most caring hand and i really recommend to visit this clinic. Reception staffs are very polite to guide every patients with care…

My first visit in this facility (NMC Al quoz) and I am so happy with their service and care towards the people. I spent 1 hour in the clinic for my consultation and some blood test, during the time I observed that no one will get lost or unattended in this place and all of them are treated with respect. Very well maintained facility.this is my second visit to this center and last time it was crowded with PCR but they managed and organised very well. Now the PCR crowd is reduced. Now it's a perfect family clinic with nice staffs and doctors. There is people everywhere in the clinic to guide you or assist for any requirements. The cleanliness is very impressive. Very good job.

Thank you NMC Al quoz team for taking care so well. I usually visit another clinic in the same mall but this time I went to NMC and they do everything perfect. From registration to consulting doctor someone guide me.serving hot tea for all the patients, I felt it’s so caring and considering. Dr. Swati offered the best care and guidance to my wife and i till the end, assisted with coordination and arrangement of a hospital facility for the safe delivery of our first child!

Being first time parents, she put up with our so many questions and guided us through! It was joy scheduling visits to see her, she took care of my wife like a sister! NMC Medical Center is one of the top tier medical center for me. Everything in there is so organized and staffs are really great in assisting the patients. I'd like to personally commend DR. ANUJ TANEJA, one of the dermatologists. He is very professional, brilliant, approachable, and accommodating. I highly recommend him.

I visited last week, doctor requested to do MRI till now even they don't send any approval request to insurance team, I call several time but no proper response from clinic

Today also i requested Appointment for my family with DR. Faris but you staff reused to give. Due to pandemic situation all small clinic providing appointment for all patient to avoid crowd/congest. So i kindly request to inform your staffs to give Appointment.

This is called team work. Each and every staff from supervisor, nurses, doctors, drivers other supporting staff takes clinic operation as a family matter. All are running around the clinic to support customers. Even if the crowd for RTPCR test is high and long queue the team manage it well. From the door step to covid counter staffs are thr on floor to guide and support. Token system is also good. Giving possible priority to pregnant ladies, family and elderly people. Learn team work from these team. Absolutely appreciated. Rate is also affordable.

UPDATE: I went onsite to do my free EXPO PCR and after 10 minutes in there I elected to go pay 250 somewhere else and save dignity
Reception: HORRIBLE (made me go around the mall 3 times before reaching down and give me a copy of a form he had all the time.
Wait lines: are simply tasteless and DISRESPECTFUL
I wasn't planning on updating the review but I noticed the clinic infuriating response "best medical care", dont ask me to contact you, instead take a walk in the clinic and fix what's broken.

I went to the clinic for consulting dermatologist
And I was first time there in the clinic. But from the reception side Staffs are really good and very helpful, especially Mr. Anandu.

I visited the physiotherapy department for radiating pain in the right hand due to nerve compression. The physio Dr.was very professional and quickly got my pain reduced in 2 sessions with the right and suitable exercises for my shoulder nerve compression. Thank you.

Today I visited NMC Amala medical centre with my family to consult and the experience I received from there was Very good. That guy from front Desk is amazing very humble and energytic. Dr.keerthi is also too good Last time I went there it was very rush but now they were updated. Post consultation is taking little bit time if you take care that good.

Today i am really disappointed by the service given by doctor prasana i really dont remember her name. She dont even try to listen whats our problem. She has too much attitude from today i am not going to visit amala and they didnt ask me which doctor i want to consult with my regular doctor i forget her name she is really good and because of her i visit amala i feel comfortable with her she give me good guidiance. And the counter guy i am inside for my checkup he came running and asking me money like i am running from there without paying that was so disrespectful when i am in front of counter he didnt ask me to pay and finally my its my turn to giv sample for my urine he came inside. Amala need to make more rules and regulation before start our checkup with doctor we need to pay or after we finished checkup not in the middle of our treatment And what kind of injection is this untill now its lik this when i ask they told me its just sample and after that i refuse to put full dose injection because its paining the doctor whom i consult today she is really angry her expression is really not good if like this service continued in amala then for sure none of them come for the treatment.

Most un professional mangemt and Staffs in this medical center, No ethics, no professionalsm, and overcharging.for removing one teeth they charged Aed 1000
