Sending wrong items fulfiled by amazon
Taking too long to admit their mistake and rectify it
Not accepting that its their mistake to solve a matter quickly and i must wait for 1 week and more to get my refund
Not even complimenting a prime member by apologizing and sending the correct item same day

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPERATIONS IN UAE

Bad service with delivery also they not respect the customer when delivered the order he said send the location, after 30 minutes I try to call him for see where is he, he said for your order I never delivert for you today and am busy I will drop to the office tomorrow thay will deliver you order if you have issues call the customer service, I try to call and see what the issue for my order and what about your delivered man he doesn't respect me, thay said we will see what happened to your order and thy said we will write report for the issue that's all it's not fair last time try to order from Amazon.

I see the drivers in the carpark on 4a street around the corner from this delivery hub. Our entire office see them every day re-sorting the packages and throwing them from bin to bin and all over the ground.we are a good 100m away and can see the big orange and white fragile labels on boxes that are being THROWN on the ground. I see this happen DAILY. People spend their hard earned money on these items, and they are being treated so poorly. AMAZON you need to speak to these people and fix this, I have seen some of my customers filming it. On a separate note, their driving and blocking of the road regularly is appalling too.
