AMAZON DXB6 FC

When I came here for the first time, when I looked at the location, I saw bad reviews. I thought, why are people saying so much negativity, when I came, I realized that what people are saying is the truth, there can't be a warehouse in Dubai with such bad behavior.

They are thinking the sellers/drivers/ inbounders are just their slaves!

Just giving you 1 stars bcz there's no option for 0 stars paying extra fee for receiving next but they deliver after 3 days when calling customer care all supervisor story maker no one following, I talk in 3 days with 5 agents all are same call waiting around 1 hours always

It's my first time here, and my first impression that it's unmanaged, not organised, and the security keep telling me where is your safety shoes even though most of them are without safety shoes

All is well. I only wish the entrance guards would have a faster streamlined process for entering the premecis.

Extremely bad experience. It was my first time at DXB6, and the people/staff were unprofessional and rude.
However, DXB5 staff are really cooperative, and they guide and support you.

I don’t get why are there negative reviews. It’s my first visit and was quite smooth. Staff was cool and there was hardly any wait time. Good experience overall.

Gate pass counter is too lag. We have to wait hours to get a pass to inside. Outside waiting is too dangerous when it is summer

Amazon's another warehouse managed by Ceva logistics, make sure to take prior appointment before coming here.

Where is my products.
I have raised many request and emails but no response.
After few days amazon sending emails going to destroy product.

I need my inventory products back.
Amazon website showing "product not available for removal"

B09HMV8GFT - 4nos (Someone from warehouse steal it or destroyed it?) (Only this 4nos was in single packing with others) (And its special black so its damage?)

3 Months Holding the product. No willing to release. Customer service saying they cannot do anything but just can pass information to FBA.

Very cleanly maintained. I was impressed while seeing their safety mesures and infrastructure.

There was lots of negative review and i was little nervous before I going there, but i am surprised with the their service and the easiness.
