Absolutely pathetic delivery service they say delivery on the same day but why do I have to wait till 9pm? And why cant the agent call when he is out for delivery to at least tell us when he can deliver the item. Absolutely poor service

You get 0 stars for promising to deliver same day, and after the order is made you say: delivery is tomorrow. Really? !

Very bad delivery.showing 2 delivery attempts and no body come or call for delivery.just luying. Amazon prime is lost of money and time for free delivery. I will stop AMAZON PRIME SUBSCRIPTION!

Your delivery service is becoming the worst, if not damaged product, or late delivery after days of the date supposed evn if we are prime or we pay more for Same delivery and now it in my account it shows DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER, better find a solution for your logistics

You guys can't handle a simple delivery within Al Quoz which is near by your warehouse as originally promised upon charging the customer on same day.

Worst online shopping Site in the UAE, I have placed the order on 26-Nov-20 And after waiting so long they just refund me the amount that courier has lost the item so we are refunding you the amount That's All

Thank you amazon.ae for hiring PPlus the courier company that never delivers the customers items and talks very rudely to them, I really appreciate that you have hired the worst courier company in the UAE so that it can complement the values you hold at Amazon, I am really grateful that i have been trying to get my package for 3 days while the delivery agent from PPlus (postaplus company) who's playing cat and mouse with me while never giving me my item that I paid for, amazing job Amazon!

Amazon UAE is a big fail! Most of items quality are poor, prices are high, and Amazon is fully supporting these bad sellers. But the buyers are getting nothing, and when it comes to the feedback section Amazon deletes the bad feedback the sellers deserve. Amazon UAE is way way away from amazon.com!

Amazon work wonderfully all around the world but as usual in dubai they are a big fail.
I’m wondering where is dubai authority?
Why amazon and other companies are working perfectly in other countries and always problems in dubai?
Dear amazon please do not think for one minute u are the best, always remember u have competitors and more will come soon!
Ur driving calling feeling tired probably asking me for an alternative address as per him” it’s hard to access my location” although on daily basis I receive deliveries from amazon and noon and others.
Another incident happened yesterday where ur driver called over 20 times then he shout because I didn’t pick up the phone.
He took a picture that he left the item for je while he took it back to warehouse and on system it shows delivered so my shipment is late.
Have u been teaching ur employee manners? Have been checking all the failure suppliers ur adding to ur page that most of them don’t deliver our items or bother replying?
Amazon dubai ur just a big disappointed and a disgrace to ur industry!
