Dear Amazon team, I am very frustrated regarding customer service and delivery. We ordered a washing that was delivered without installation, and we have been trying to reach customer service for almost one week to arrange for installation either no response or they schedule for installation however no one show up.
Please revert back urgently.

Very bad experience really miserable, yesterday the I found my order through on the house door without any call before coming, the company don’t take action with those people this the last time to make order of this company because no service at all

Good afternoon.
I would like to give my feedback about your service. I recently had a frustrating, horrible experience with Amazon. I purchased my order on October 10, and until now, I haven't received it, nor have I received any call from them. Amazon has not refunded my money. No item, no response, no follow-up with their regular client, no returned money. I contacted their customer service, but the representative was unhelpful and dismissive. It was incredibly frustrating not to have my issue resolved in a satisfactory manner. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of empathy and assistance from Amazon was disappointing. Big company can't solve my problem. Shame on you I reached out to their customer service multiple times, hoping for a resolution, but each interaction left me feeling more frustrated. It seemed as though my concerns were falling on deaf ears, and I couldn't help but feel let down by a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction. The lack of empathy and assistance only served to reinforce my growing disillusionment with their services.

Item was delivered late, and when it arrived apparently the delivery personel is racist and was in a hurry who wanted exact change since he didnt have. Complained but all given was excuses and no resolution. They said theyll send a new item which nobody confirmed and is not written on the email they sent due to my complain. Unsubscribing my prime membership and delete the app.

Its been 2 days my order is delayed no one contacted me. I called the call center 4 times to see where is my order they promise i will receive the order and nothing happened yet. The delivery guy didn’t even try to contact me to check the address details. Such a bad experience and unresolved issue still and very bad customer service.
