2 years ago my last time I came to this clinic and have come again because it is nearby my home but still the service is worst, from the token guy to the reception they are all not accomodating and no coordination with the patient. I have booked an appointment at 4pm with my doctor and they called me last night to inform that the doctor is not available and I can come same time with different doctor however when i came they told me that the doctor is not accepting any patient anymore and need to wait for 2 hours to wait for the next doctor. Doctor Sanaani is a nice and treating us properly however if this is some kind of service they are giving they are not the right clinic you should come. They will waste your time only. Worst clinic ever

I went for my first time check up on amber clinic in al rigga.the service was fast but the competency of the staff is very bad.the counter forgot to give back my ID and during my billing at their pharmacy i made it clear that i need every receipt of my medicine and the attendant said yes.only to find out that she did not give the receipt that i told her.i had to go back the next day and take my ID and supposedly get the original receipt that i needed.worst part is when i came back to get everything that i need the pharmacy is close and i have to wait for the pharmacy to open for more than an hour.i traveled far and wasted my time and money.i had a very bad experience.the only good thing about amber clinic is the doctor who attended me

Medicine prescribed, there is no immediate follow up from clinic and all the more patient suffered terrible side effect from duration prescribed by specialist doctor for skin problems! Very discouraging experience and have lost trust in the clinic. Would never recommend anyone after such experience.

One of the worse customer service I've ever seen in my life and amber clinic. I was there 11am and the reception told me I'm sorry we are not taking any more patients.and asked why he says cuz the DR has 10 patients and the Dr duty will be finish at 3pm. I left and I go and the second day they told me the same reason but I argue with them and finally the accepted me.they didn't not give any medicine but they asked me for many tested when I did and the asked me to come next when I went next day 11: 39am. I talked the reception and the Pakistani guy told me same reason we don't accept anymore people.which I asked them I paid for the tested and you guys told me to come next day.now I'm here.he said the DR is on vacation for Eid which is tomorrow.he says we cannot accept you.now and the website it shows it's open but when you go there they don't accept people why? And the other reason they were speaking in Hindi and Urdu.very abused language I do understand but I ignorant.put professional people in the clinic not some. I don't know what to call them

This is really upsetting that when someone tried to call the landline either they cancel the call or they wont answer your call. I tried to call the landline first call was rejected 2 to 4th times they don't want to answer the call poor service!

Very very slow in services, people are getting sick and more than a week to find the solution of that sickness. They do check up and takes time to sent report as in like they don’t inform patient to come and collect report and after they take time to see the doctor for report discussion. They do check up only for money, we need report with doctor suggestion what to do and what not to do instead of only report paper. Very very worst experience in amber.

Very difficult to call the clinic for appointment or for follow up, customer service is bad also. For 2 days already I am calling but I cannot connect with them to get an appointment. No follow up from them after your laboratory. You should the one to call them to ask what is the next process. Your appointment is 10am to the doctor then 9: 30am you are there already but you will wait around 1 and half hour, the appointment time is useless.

I highly recommends Dr Ma Cabrales. She's calm and highly professional but I a m not happy with the customer service in the reception. It's sooooo difficult to connect with them and to their laboratory to read one report of blood test because you can't come and feel very sick. At least be considerate! Because of the front desk staff, to insurance, to all of them the number and trust of patients are affected to visit the doctors and end up visiting other facility. I know how they will respond to this review, they don't care and what they care about is getting their monthly salary. I'm working in clinic but we highly prioritize our patients because they are our source of income.

One of the best clinic I've visited so far. Waiting time doesn't take such a long time. Registering thru the reception is fast and the clinic system is great. There's signboard everywhere in the clinic and people can't get lost. Dr. Rogie is very professional, patience and a very good doctor.

Dr. Devvrat I couldn't be more happier and satisfied with your professionalism and wonderful staff. I am from America and I have never had better surgical work with no pain, and very quick and officiant. This will be my one stop shop for my dentist needs, even if I have to fly from U. S. It will be well worth it.

Worst customer service.
First impression was zero.
Mohammed who sits at the corner of the door of the clinic has the worst attitude towards patients very rude.
No receptionist to attend the patient.
Would highly recommend KINGS DENTAL CLINIC in the same building.

After I were mis diagnosed with hyperthyrodism and fooling the medicine quantity they submitted to Insurance from the other clinic. I came across to Amber Clinic. I'm fully satisfied with the team and they met my expectation for every visit with them.
And, I'd like to commend Dr. Rogie Belen for being professional, dedicated and excellent in his craft and profession. Thank you Doc Rogie and Amber clinic team.

This is my first time I saw The hospital take a registration fee 21 aed from the patient. It is fine still stay oki.when I see the doctor I was sitting bone was super painful that’s why I come and see she not giving me x ray she said close x ray came and tomorrow. And give me pain killer.this is not professional. She not explain me proper. When she treats the patient like disaster. I here to get pain killer to get 2 and 1/2 hr imagine. She name is Dr mehwish really don’t go there and wast your time and money. This is a worst place.

Your Clinic Insurance staff are worst. Even the Doctor provided prescriptions and my Insurance approved it. They just decided on their own. What’s the use of having an Insurance? Afraid of not getting paid? Not our problem! You need to educate you staff! You have your own rules of having after 90 days! Rude and not even helpful. Seems the owner of the Clinic!

What I like is the doctor because I’m the type of patient lot of question and need more explanation he really did explained well, more than my question satisfied with DR. ROGIE he’s polite doctor he will make you feel relax don’t nervous don’t panic beyond expectation I went to other clinic I pay more because I don’t have insurance but I’m Never satisfied he will give time to listen in and he’s not in rush to attend you.although the reception area was busy and you need wait time but it’s worth. I am totally clueless how to connect with the call center team just to get an appointment. Everytime, it says “all our executives are busy” and then after 10 secs, call gets disconnected. Horrible. I mean just to get an appointment, one has to visit the clinic all the way? Guys, ugrade yourself. This not gonna work. In a place like Dubai, one naturally expects a very high quality of service. Sorry to say, it’s very disappointing.

Story doesn’t end here. Somehow I visited the place, got the appointment, met the doctor ophthalmologist, she recommended one test, approval came after one day. I got a call at 5: 30pm to come a bit early, I left office, reached there by 6: 30pm, got the registration done and then the real horror started. We waited for 45 mins just to get 2 drops in the eyes and mind you, it was a follow up appointment, then after exactly 2 hours, doctor called my token number, when I entered the room, she very rudely asked my to wait as supposedly she was expecting some other patient and asked me if attendant had reviewed the eyes after drops. And this was after 2 hours, do not forget. When I went to that attendant, he was super rude and reminded me that he was not free, and working very hard. That was the moment I lost my cool and shouted at him and even doctor. Within 10 mins, we were out of that horrible place.

Take my suggestion, do not ever visit that place. DHA should cancel their license immediately or do the inspection randomly.
Had it been in my capacity, I would have changed everything about that place.

Take into notice Management, you will lose your credibility if you care a bit about that.

We were there last 22.07.21 as my husband is having diarrhea. As per his doctor he will do some test with medicine. But unfortunately when we was done of the blood sample and ask if he will take anything the person say’s “That’s all”. To a person who feel tired already to his situation, he will not think to much and just listen to what they said too. I wasn’t there to check for myself as it wasn’t allowed to have someone with you inside.

When I ask him if they gave him any medicine, he said no! Just take some banana and pocari sweat or gatorade. I was confuse and feel odd but still thought maybe they are waiting for the laboratory result before giving him any medicine, (we are not that knowledgeable in this matter that’s why we came to the professional to help us) not mentioning his having hard time already and he might be dehydrated.

So I called today the clinic to check if the result come out because we need medicine. They said we will receive a message about it. And they said we can come at 1 pm. No appointment needed just walk in first come, first serve. Those two days are worst already. When he reach the Doctor, as follow up he said he need to take Covid test because my husband didn't have any improvement from the medicine that he prescribe and my husband answer “I never get any medicine”. So the doctor called someone to check what happen but they didn’t tell us who and why NO EXPLANATION.

I was so disappointed as you were neglected to this kind of incident. We came there as patient to check what wrong and have a cure as you are the most trusty person we could ask for. We didn’t ask for free as we are paying it as well, MY HUSBAND WAS SUFFERING ALREADY AND FEEL MORE WORST FOR PAST 6 DAYS ALREADY, WERE YOU SUPPOSE TO GIVE AS CURE BUT BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGLIGENCE IN THIS MATTER HIS LIFE MIGHT BE ON WORST. And this IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

We will never come back here as we are afraid this thing happened again. Please be cautions.

Appointment is useless! We had an appointment to OB gyne Dr. Lalaine, we were in the clinic 1 hr before our appointment but We need a referral from General physicians before attending us and we took almost one hour in the queue. After we received the referral from the doctor. Dr. Lalaine did not entertained us seems we are already beyond our appointment time.

I went to Amber Clinic because of a friend's referral. I went there for OB. So far, every single time I visit, the experience is horrible. The reception is slow, the insurance ladies makes you feel dumb if you ask questions. Once at the reception, my number was skipped, apparently the number W1413 comes first before W1412. My number was skipped! And they said there are 3 more before I get called. The number W1411 was called 20 minutes ago.

I never visited the clinic and will not come here if not for a recommendation which I now regret of following. The bed is never prepared. I ALWAYS had to clear it up, roll down the tissue to get rid of the previous patients used tissue bed (with blood).

In hindsight, the problems are: 1. They lack staff in the reception area. 2. They take a lot of appointments and or walkin patients and their service is compromised. Because of that, you will not get the care that you need from the doctor. I felt like there's a timer when I see the doctor, I can't ask the questions and absorb whats told to me. I felt like it's - take this and that, and go. That's how I felt. I understand in a way, but it shouldn't be like that. The nurses are accommodating, one guy who issues the ticket does everything he can to assist which I appreciate and see. But they have to do something about how they manage the patients, it's just horrible.

IVE BEEN CALLING MANY TIMES AND NO ONE PICKING UP! IVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH OUT YOU GUYS 2 DAYS AFTER I GOT MY TEST AND YOU TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL SEND VIA EMAIL OR SMS BUT NO ONE DID. I CALLED AGAIN AND FINALLY SOMEONE ANSWER! AND MY XRAY RESULT WAS ALREADY OUT SINCE MARCH 12, TODAY IS MARCH 22 AND NO ONE INFORM ME! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I came to Amber for the first time and i am happy with the service that the physician provided. Unfortunately other staff is not being helpful to the patient as well as their own facility. Knowing that their website is not updated and still mentioned that the clinic is open everyday friday but it is closed since January 2021, they must inform each patients for the same to avoid inconvenience. I am very disappointed when i came yesterday to drop a sample inly to found out that the clinic is closed. When i came last Thursday to see the doctor I informed the lab that i will just comeback to drop the sample when i can and they didnt even bother to inform me not to come on friday since they are close. ‍️. I like the doctor but the service i cant even recommend.

I just need to express my disappointment. If you don't want to work late, please don't accept patients at night time. Please consider that we are tired on our day jobs and we have to spend hours on long time queue to be heard by the Doctor for 5 minutes. And have to wait DAYS to get an approval which is not really necessary. THANK YOU

I had the worst experience here. I went there to consult the gyno buy they wanted me to visit the GP first even though it was not necessary. I paid for the GP consultation fee and new member fee. The GB asked a few questions and then directed me to the gyno once done I went to the insurance counter and had to wait for 2 hr. All they said was that my insurance company isn't answering there request for the approval. It was so frustrating and then they said that the scan I did with gyno was rejected and is not covered in my insurance.they wanted me to pay 350 and also they said that I have a 6 month waiting period until I can use my insurance which is a total blunder because my insurance claims that I had only 40 days waiting period and that's over. So I had to meet the gyno again and she said I don't have to pay since the insurance company sometimes give wrong information so she wrote the report as if I consulted for a normal tummy pain.doctor Gazzala was very good, I highly recommend but the staffs were so rude and unprofessional. I read all the reviews below and realized that I'm not the only one to go through this. So these people try stealing money from you, better be careful. I saw a very desperate old man was charged 250 for his checkup despite having insurance and they said he was not covered for his treatment.

I am a long time patient of Amber. They used to be organized and patient-friendly. Still it was patient-friendly but the check-up/appointment process.it's worse! My experience here is that I consulted to a GP on March 20th 2021, she requested an ultrasound and urinalysis and after getting an approval from my insurance the next day, they scheduled the ultrasound on 31st Mar 2021? ! C'mon, what took it so long? And another worse part is, this doctor didn't even told me that she has prescribed medicine for my backpain, so I deal with this backpain for 2 days only to find out that my medicine is in the pharmacy and needed to get another token number to collect it. She also referred me to the Orthopedic bec of my lower back pain. Back pain it is! But this Secretary/Assistant of this Bone doctor looks distressed and obviously didn't know their own process. He sent me to x-ray room on the 1st floor, then x-ray tech was looking for some stamp/signature from the doctor, so I climbed up again to the 2nd floor to get that stamp and then go down again to proceed with the x-ray. Imagine having this backpain and you will be sent up and down only because of this assistant's incompetency? So, I was checked up by 24th March and the doctor requested a lumbar/spine x-ray and creatinine.which until now they are not calling me for the result. Where is you're professionalism to work? Worst service!

Happy with the hospitality! The staff asst. Mr. Razak and all the counter staff who are guiding the patients to doctors are doing a good job. It is a busy clinic still the staff, nurses managing it in a smooth way. Specially the doctors I've met, Dr. Mehwish who constanted me initially given me the correct advise and Dr. Vinita, ENT who is currently consulting me are really friendly, kind and doing justice for their job roll! And the nurse of the ENT Doctor also very supportive and kind. I am Thankful! ️️I

Yesterday I visited the amber clinic, it was quite good experience. Mr Azar helped me alot. The receptionist treated me very well. Nurses were very supportive and active towards their duty. Doctor did his jod excellently.after that I like the inbuilt pharmacy there staff behavior was very good. So thanks amber clinic.

My experience at Ambre Clinic was of the quickest and best ever encountered. All credit goes to the first Dr. I consulted, Dr. Mahwish, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care given by Dr. Mahwish Ifrahim.
I have some critical issues going on, due to which I am visiting Ambre Clinic every now and then and got refferals from Dr. Mahwish to the specialists, thats why I got many chances to see her. She has surprised me everytime with her response. She gave me ample time to discuss my ongoing issues, reports with me and explain me in a wonderful manner better than any other Doctors, the test were usually referred by other Doctors I consulted, But she always ask me about my health and recovery and discuss my report results with me in detail. Frankly speaking after meeting her and showing my reports to her I feel satisfy. She has always helped me emotionally and morally and has guided me in a wonderful way in all possible aspects. Doctors like Mahwish are Angels, who do their job as their responsibility. I am sure Dr. Mahwish is one of those Dr's who not only treat their patients as the part of their job but remember them as well. Love the personal service, care and attention I receive here everytime. God bless her and Thank you Ambre Clinic for having Doctors like Ms. Mahwish.

This place is a complete nightmare. Their least concern is patient care. Costumer service is always busy and disorganized, their turnaround is no less than a month. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. It will be a waste of time.

Very poor service in reception, cashier & laboratory. Very bad system. We came as walk in from 9.10. And met the doctor almost 12.30pm. Each sections, the queue is terrible.we did blood test at 1pm. Now at 1.10pm still we in queue for Xray. Almost 4hrs and still we are not done yet.weve been to several private clinics but never we spent this much time to get consultation
