The building has a prime location with a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the management company is not up to the task. Although the units are being promoted as premium, the renovation works are poor, and the apartments have many problems such as murky water coming from sinks, humidity, and malfunctioning AC systems. The maintenance company, Emril, is inadequate, and Savills' cheap service is highlighted. The apartments are definitely overpriced for their quality. I highly recommend against renting or buying them.

I strongly advise against choosing this residence for living. The Savills management and Emrill maintenance are both inadequately qualified and unresponsive, failing to address and resolve tenants issues effectively. They consistently send unprofessional workers with limited English proficiency. Despite numerous service lapses, there is no willingness to negotiate rent prices, which are exorbitant given the ridiculous services provided. Timely rent payment is demanded, yet tenant services are severely lacking, delegated to unqualified personnel. It's exhausting. The apartment itself faces issues with the AC (it's excessively cold, which is absurd considering the proximity to the beach) and humidity, discolored hot water, irregular pest control, and unscheduled window cleaning. It's unacceptable for the rent you pay. Neither friendly agreements nor reasonable solutions are under discussion, and they don't accommodate any of your requests. Before you even think about moving in, do yourself a favor and inspect every inch because appearances can be deceiving, and this place is all show and no substance.

My review is not for now the same for next year cuz the building is under renovation and I'm the engineer for this project I saw the new design it really amazing!
