Had worst experience ever here. Its more than 45 days till today and I have not been able to get back my family visa hold refund.
Every time I visit the office they tell me that they will check and they will call me back but they never call me back, I then have to go to the office again after waiting for a week and they say the same thing that they will check and call me back and then they never call me back and this has been repeating for the past 5 weeks
