It's Saturday in Mar-2022 (after changing the weekend in UAE), And it took me one and half hour to finish just one transaction. I only had 4 customers ahead of me. I hope the management can do something about that.
Somehow very helpful guys, visited 2 times, in both cases it was some step forward, and feeling that situation will be resolved (it was finally). But - administration is bad, had to wait 45 minutes with just 2 persons in front. All because there was just one employee processing applications. Definitely you need more people there (most of desks are empty).
It took me 2 hour for the renewal of my daughters emirates ID application. What is amazing is that there were only three customers waiting and three attendants. Which should have not taken more then 30mins. Very bad experience. Guys please go to other Centre if you are in hurry. Your whole day will be wasted out here.
