I went there at 8: 45 am (opening time was 8: 30 am) and was asked to wait for an hour because the concerned person was not there. This is not how an elite government centre operates. Hardly 2-3 staff were there at around 9 am and even they went to have breakfast leaving just 1 female staff behind at the reception to attend 10+ customers who were waiting for their different tasks to get done. Pathetic experience!
The worst amer with the worst response i got specially from counter 5 named hanan. I had to request for 3 days off come to this amer for 3 times and no body except the manager did not respond and even after that they did not proceed with my request which they could do easily. It is highly NOT recommended.
I was in Oman for 5 days I couldn't get a visa to enter UAE, Me and my wife we're helpless. My agency in Dubai can't help us. Thanks to Ryan and Lamnia for fulfilling their promise that they help me to obtian a visa. Very fast and smooth. Only one day of waiting. Great job
I just came to amer burjuman mall last Saturday.i want to thank to ms lamia and ryan for helping me to process my husaband he's visa im so helpless that time because my husband he's stock in oman the agency they cannot apply he's visa they said my husband have existing visa active in the system i try to go in amer then one staf lamia she's helping me she talk to ryan about my situation then ryan said after 2 days they process he's visa now my husband is here once again thank u so much lamia and ryan for helping me god bless both of you
Very pathetic service, for 1 simple work to update the number on Emirates id they charged 185 aed and not even updated the number, when we call them the call don't connect and when connected they are asking to what's app and no one reverts neither on call nor what's app
I went there to ask what documents I would require to renew my child's visa and the lady at the reception was so rude. She kept saying there is one month and come back later and trying to get rid of me. Well, she couldn't understand that I was there not to renew the visa immediately but to be prepared as to what documents are required of me so I can arrange for them from my company as my boss keeps travelling. I had to ask her atleast 5 times and then she quickly said they need my emirates ID and passport. I am sure its just not my EID and passport that is required to renew my child's visa. Very disappointing that service center's like Amir doesn't have people who can actually service their clients but behave like they don't care.
I went to Amer burjuman for translation service Friday, 12 May and i have been told that it would only take 24 hours for them to complete the translation. Monday came, 15 May and got no update from them, I have been sending messages in their whatsapp but they are not responding despite reading my messages. Today is 17 May, and they are still ignoring my messages.
I never expected such service, i am really disappointed and upset. The submission date of the document has passed and still i haven't received the translated document.
I had a wonderful experience with this particular Amer center. The location of this center is very convenient as it is inside Burjuman mall. Easily accessible by both bus and metro. Went for my mother's visa application and the process was smooth and hassle free. I was guided expertly by the reception staff, had to visit the center a total of 6 times and every single time I finished my procedures within 20 mins. Staff is extremely helpful and special thanks and regards to Ms Maryam, for her help and guidance. The fear we had earlier to approach government officials or government establishments in the past has been removed considerably with the consistent efforts by the dubai government and its officials. Kudos to the well trained staff, well behaved officials with their patient guidance and professionalism. Thank you to the Dubai government for ensuring such a smooth process.
Rayyan went above and beyond just to help me finish my daughter's EID application. He saved me one day of coming back again. Madam in reception is as usual very informative and helpful.
Very pathetic service. Employees are least bothered about the customers. They just chit chatting among themselves. There were only 2 customers ahead than me and it took more than an hour for them to attend me because they were busy in gossiping.
The best experience one can get is here at amer center burjman brother Abubakhar is so fast with his work & so passionate about his work he'll put in his heart for your work to be done mashaAllah a great human
Poor processing of visa. While they do your application either they are on the phone or chatting with others and highly committing mistakes on your application details. We had to visit their branch several times for follow ups and no one knows how to give proper information. I will never recommend this branch. Better go to amer next to immigration Jafliya or Kifaf, they absolutely know the procedures.
Alhumdulillah Amer centre Burjuman is amazing I never even find government work so smooth & fast what I find here I specially thanks to Mr Abubaker Saifeldeen for his cooperation and behaviour He make us feel like home & family
Ms Mariam who assisted us in the whole process of our visa cancellation/ visa renewal/ penalty is very accommodating and a kind-hearted lady. She is really quick in doing her task. She is an effective employee of AMER Burjuman, I truly salute her for her efficient work, job well done Ms Mariam. Ms Hanin who assisted us with our Emirates ID was also helpful.i thank her for helping us out with our EID. Both ladies are highly effective in finishing their task. If you want your documents to be processed in no time, I recommend AMER BURJUMAN for their efficient work. Salute to AMER Burjuman team?
Their courier partners Zajel service is not responsive. I am waiting from one week to submit my passport for visa stamping but no one from zajel came to collect passport.
My experience has been horrible in this branch. Have applied for visit visa on 9th and today is 16th but never received visa till now. They also dono whether it’s applied or not because someone else apply visa on behalf of this branch. BTW this is not official amer services. It’s some third party but it has amer everywhere so don’t fall for that.
1. They don’t give receipt 2. They don’t give your visa application number 3. You need to follow up several times in a day but yet no resolution. 4. You will loose all your time following up and you’ll not have peaceful life. It will frustate you without resolution.
I highly don’t recommend this branch. I will never go again.
Wrong time mentionee kindly update properly as it's closed at 8.40 and when ask Security personal he said it's opening time 9.00 plz update properly so that people are not suffered

It's Been a 1hr almost sitting and waiting for number, where token says waiting Customer 1, all staff are busy in there own world some are busy with there personal work, Some are busy with there Friends. Not Recomadded at all. Customer service don't know anything, agents are on Counter taking Customer without any token might be from there own City. I wish I can give 0.
I was amazed at their great and exceptional customer service with a welcoming atmosphere. They attend to customers professionally and patiently. They go out of their way to cheer up customers and they deliver value more than customers expectation. Excellent service
As i walked to the reception, Ms. ASMA would greet you and aide you in preparation of your requirements. She willingly answers questions with a smile covered with her mask of course.
Queing is a breeze with water and tea refreshments, just enough for a short wait during a busy day such as my current visit.
I was attended by Ms. MAITHA, as pleasant and as patient as she could be, since i have to sort out my requirements so she can expertly encode my application. She was even nice enough to explain my next steps and where to go to complete my new resident visa application.
Kudos also to Mr. Elsawi for accommodating me and for running a very professional and tight ship.
This has been a eye opening experience, a taste of how modern and efficient the system works with people that makes government service a delightful as anyone should expect it to be. SHUKRAN!
Issues with both Visa and EID that were processed through here. Tried calling several times, no answer.
Travelled down to get a picture rescanned as it was not clear enough the first time they tried. I was met by staff arguing about who has the most work and that they wouldn’t be able to deal with. I wouldn’t have had to go back 3 times if they had scanned documents and photos correctly the first time.
I didn't expect this fast service. I went to Amer which is near ansar galary Karama and waited 1 hour just to get call my ticket. Unfortunately at the ending my work didn't finish bcz of some missing document. Next day i came to this Amer and all my work is done within 30 min. They are really professional as well as friendly. Miss Maryam is really helpful and super fast.
The staff are not professional at all, specially one supervisor “Jalal”. I had to go twice all they way to their place to finish my stuff, and it was not completed.every time i was calling him and he confirm the same. Finally i had to switch to another branch. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
I would want to thank everyone at this centre for their excellent customer service. Especially the lady at the reception. I believe her name is Mathel. She is super kind and helpful. I was stressed trying to get my daughter's visa done between my work. But she made it so eazy for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Keep doing the good job guys
They made a mistake with my phone number. I told them immediately after they printed my application. The guy said that i need to call the hotline coz they are the only one who can amend. When I called the hotline, they are pointing at this typing center that they are the only one who can change it. So who will I believe now?

It's very said, public needs the service quicker. First time I waited for 3 hours for Dependends cancellation and at last decided to move to another place which was done quickly at AL TAWAR Center. Today second time I am waiting still in a Q, unfortunately result is same and was not able to make the transaction process due to system error and unprofessional management.
The I have moved to 24/7 Amer at Abu Hail.which the same application is done within 15minutes and I got relived. Why we are not faster in process and more professional with experienced staff.
Try to Maintain the time of customers, try to add more staff and clear all the transaction on timely basis.

Zero Rating. Highly untrained, unprofessional and uneducated staff. They just don't know the procedure. I recommend not to visit this Amer center because you are not welcome there.
Not adequately staffed. While i was waiting with a token and there were a few staff who were busy chatting with themselves. I waited for 15 mins then i finally left as no one attended and the staff was busy chatting within themselves. I value my time!
