Dont go there its spam, they charge you with extra cost for any thing, better go to Amer service they are much professional and better in cost, never recommended to any one to go there they even got my relative visa rejected which i usually got it easy.

I have called them by phone to ask for the center information, the person who has answered my call was helpful, the typist counter number 6 was professional with nice smile he make the process fast smooth and easy. I would like to Thank the owner of the center who answered my call and met me inside the center really u are so kind and thanks for greeting. Highly recommended

I went for my spouse visa renewal. I was cheated and they charged me additional AED 1,000.00.for general service. Be careful.

I've visited ATI Solutions DIFC for EID replacement.
Mr. Abdul assists me first and then he transfers me to her coullege MS. Asmaa who supposed to assist me with my application, but I've waited for more than 20 minutes she never ask me what i need or what she can do for me, she was just busy filling papers in front of her table. Ive Asked her if she will process my application or not and she is clueless and she dont know anything! So frustrating that ive wasted my time simply sitting infront of her desk for nothing.
How will she do " CUSTOMER SUPPORT" IS SHE CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH? AND HER COLLEAGUE SAYS SHE CANNOT SPAEK ENGLISH! Lack of manners and etiquette.

I put my kids in Hummingbird, one of ATI Investment’s brands. My kids were never so happy going anywhere without me, but now they can wait for the morning to come. As a mother, I am reassured of the safety and well-being of my kids and very happy with them-. §

Very good and easy experience. Reception was helpful and kind. This is a good Amer centre. Just note that to find is parking not easy.

I visited today with my friends for knowing about how to apply for overstay penalty reduction of my visa. Receptionist very helpful and he give us all information how to proceed. I'll recommend everyone to visit this Amer centre. Thank You soo much for giving valuable information @Amer Difc.

Please update the opening timings! There is noone in the centre at 8am. 1st employee arrested just after 8: 25 am

I visited this branch with my sister for her visa cancellation. Both times we were there everybody was very friendly and helpful. They gave us all the information and instructions we needed. One lady at counter 1 who took our documents today was very kind and patient. Really appreciated! Bless them!
