Such a worst experience that I ever had, how uneducated and not responsible people are they! I got very upset, it delayed my all things now!

One of the best centers I have dealt with, starting from the reception to all the employees, especially the employee Laila, who never hesitates to answer all questions and facilitate services with a smile on her face.

Very slow service, have to wait for more than 20 minutes while my number was the next number, I been to different Amer but this one is really bad and slow. Never go there again.

The staff are very negative and don’t want to do their job, not busy at all but they are so slow and just talking to each other while people are waiting, they don’t know the process at all, I will never recommend this typing Centre to anyone. Very Very Very Very bad. Zero out of 5

Process submission is fast, location is nice and staff is friendly but if your application is returned for modification by GDRFA or EID for any reason like scanned document not clear etc, then amer doesn't contact you back. Even if you call them yourself, they keep saying they will revert back, but they never. In the end, you need to visit them again physically only to get things done! Hope this can be improved.

One stop place for all government related typing and documentation. Staffs are friendly. Little bit waiting time but service is good.

There is no service being provided here, none of them know anything including the ones sitting on the reception desk.

Typed my residence number wrong on on medical app due to that couldent do my medical which i paid VIP as im in a hurry now need to wait 48 hours tull it is fixed

I didn’t meet any staff who was fluent in the process. They keep mulling around with no solution. The staff don’t speak English as well.

This center is very helpful to save time, I recently visited for EID and Visa medical service for my family and was extremely satisfied and then I went again to process my family residence visa renewal happily. I felt that all the staff members are friendly and professional as well as social to offer their visitor the best Arabic Coffee, I advise all to visit Ras Al Khor Amer Service Center.

Every visit you will get surprises, you will lose your time in all the stages, they don't have any knowledge about any process or they will never explain any process, putting wrong address for pickups even after we clearly give them, not mentioned pcr test required for EID biometric etc. You can use the service if you don't have any other choice

Very useless staff sitting in this branch, they are unprofessional and seems they have less knowledge. Don't go here, it's waste of time

Very poor service, staff are not aware of GDRFA system, and the lady on counter 13 was talking to me without even looking to me. No respect.

I will never visit this branch again

Branch opened for nothing, more than 30 counters only 2 of them working, and when you complain they tell you our staff have corona, how shame is this!

Bad service. People sitting there don't have any idea. I am getting continuously missing documents which was uploaded. Really waste of time. They should really understand on the documentation and proceed.understood from the comments that this is ongoing and seems owner does not want to improve

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I have no words to describe how rude was the reception guy and the man that was supposed to process my Emirates ID application: he told me my passport photo would have been rejected without clarifying the reason, saying that only photos from the photographer would be accepted. My photo was taken at a photo studio, I had the same on my passport and previous visa. I gave him another photo and he told me that was not good either because my ears were not visible (? !). Ok. It was 7: 10pm and they low key kicked me out saying that it was already too late to process the Emirates ID application (they close at 7: 30pm). Unbelievable, I would strongly suggest to go to another branch, preferibly the one on MANAMA ROAD: I have been there on several occasions and they were always so polite and efficient.

With every visit One of Amer Staff eager to send you away to bring more Doc,
They even no bother to ask or look if you missing extra information (they keeps it for your next vist)
They use firmstandards talk with confidence to make you wrong in whatever you say, the usual reason is this information was for 2022 year only.unrealistic Need to be educated

Long waiting time inspite of customer service representative sitting idol, because of delay in showing tokens by the system implemented in this amir center.

تجربة غير جيدة إطلاقاً في هذا المركز بكل تأكيد لن أذهب مرة ثانية. رقم الدور لا يتحرك و الموظفين ثلالث أرباعهم قاعدين عالموبايلات و ليس لديهم متعاملين
ساعة ونصف قضيتها بالمركز لمعاملة الهوية و الإقامة رغم أنه غير مزدحم أبداً
أعطيتهم نجمتين فقط لأن لديهم موظف مصري محترم جداً و لكن الباقيين ليسوا بالمستوى المطلوب.
My Experience was so bad. It takes you hours to have your work done. The staff not professional at all and spend time on their mobiles more than serving the clients. The token system has no sound so your turn might pass if you don't stare to the screen all the times
I strongly don't recommend this Amer Center.

Located in Marhaba mall giving good service, prompt and accurate. Very much guided and provided good support. Having good knowledge for visa related queries.

Very bad service. They don't even know what they are doing. I visited for visa holding process, normally it takes few hours to 2 days but it took 8 days with them. Finally I went to emigration directly to close the application created by them and made a new one and got approval in few minutes. They charged service charges as well but I don't understand the service they provided me. Don't visit them if you really want to make your life easy.

Excellent Services with sufficient counters, good parking facility, you can have a free hot drink also here.

Plenty of parking space, quite a few counters, quick service. Wish they accepted credit card without additional fees.

Professional team. Inside Marhaba Mall Ist floor Amer center having Fast service, Take token no need to wait too much. Enough counters. Many services under one roof. Any time available Free parking at mall no time limit.

The man mohamad hasan who works at the reception is in the right place and he has experience in solving strong problems and deserves to be promoted and thanks for giving me a beautiful and sophisticated character about excellent customer service and he deserves five stars. That is why I chose five stars for reception service.

Its empty when i reached but I had to wait for like 15mins i dont know why, there were no one other than me

Visited the Amer center for visa cancellation. I was promptly called to the counter and the service provided by the gentleman at the counter was appreciable.

Beware of this branch. They might send you back
to get digital copy of your photo because their photo scanner is not clear

Total waist of time there is some specific people like typing centre the priority only for them each of them brings a lot of documents and at once they will finish it that takes too much time in my case I came here 11: 17 and they called my number exactly after 11: 50 my case finished in just 10 to 15 minutes.why not OTHERS there is 8 counters for Ta-sheel only 3 of them is working Specially Tas-heel

They don't know how to make their job. Making mistakes in people application either it's an immigration card, or simple entry permit. The worst team ever!

I would never recommend this place. I have had very bad experience here during both my visits. They do lot of mistakes while filling details and they don't like me pointing out their errors. But I don't want to be in trouble, coz of their inefficiency. And my friends shared that they had very bad experience with this branch. Staffs are not adequately trained or do not have enough knowledge. I wish they provide adequate training or employee only well trained staffs to avoid errors and save everyone's time.

I must say this is one one bed services which i have faced at this branch ladies are too much unprofessional they call my number and entertain other people about 30 mins most of the people even don't know the process
