Amer Center Ras Al Khor

We went there around 6pm and the indian guy at the reception told us they are close. Eventhough it was written that they are open until 8pm. And he kept on insisiting to go to the other center beside them. I do not recommend going there at all. Do not waste your time.

Very slow services. Only one counter for emirates id typing. Waiting time can be extended to multiple hours…

The lady at the reception is not kind at all, her face shows unkindess, when she look at you looks like with contempt, or when she wants to explain you something, explains on rude way!

Some Staffs are not Cooperative, trying to help the typing center next door advising to go their for business which can be at the facility.

I would like to share my experience with Amer Rasalkhor while taking visa. The people over there are very helpful especially Shuhaib. From the starting of the visa process till the end they were taking care of the procedure and was communicating what’s required and how it will be etc. I would recommend this place for any work related to Amer.

Poor customer service. The lady prepared a wrong application for new born baby visa born in UAE. The application was delayed without any information and was rejected by the immigration. A fine of 1000 dirhams was given on the new application because of the delay from Amer centre. Tried contacting the centre manager for refund but no use and no feedback.
Avoid!

Always take too much time such 2 or 3 days for approval even after placing an URGENT APPLICATION.
In.other Amer Centers, I received approval within 3 hours.

تجربتي مع المركز سيئة جداً. قدمت على طلب إقامة عاجل ولم يتم تقديم الطلب من قبل المركز والطلب ما زال قيد الاجراء قرابة ٤ أيام. فكيف اذا لم أقدم الطلب عاجل!

Ive been coming here for years and im always happy to see Polite staffs in this amer location and the experience has always been smooth

I have been working here since it was opened I did not face any kind of problem The whole staff is very good. Mr. Amin, Mohsin, Harish, Nadir ali, And i don't know the names of other people Give very good guidelines.

Staff were friendly and easy to deal with especially Mr. Nadeer. He is well trained for the work and is so efficient.so even my office is in business bay, i still prefer to come to this center.

Very past in procedures and supporting staff in this amer centre in Ras al khor. Managing things very well.

Extremely disappointed.
I have requested 1 application here 22/10/2020 but my issue not been rectified yet.
POOR Management and knowledge p at this Center representing such a prominent and Important Department of UAE.

خدمة سيئة جدا جدا، بعد 30دقيقة انتظار ، بكل برودة الموظف قال السيستم ما يشتغل ،،لما طلبت منه الحل او شو اسوي قال ما اعرف ، وروحي فرع ثاني، ولاحتى اعتذار او طريقة كلام محترفة
ما انصح بهذا الفرع ابدا،

It is a center for many services including typing works and visa application besides getting the insurance. The arabic women staff is so humble to talk to and there is a lady who i believe is a supervisor with lots of customer skills

Very poor services, I been there once, most of their staff was not in the office till 12: 00 pm. Waited a very long span of time. Only one staff was working among 21 counters.
Overall disappointing experience
