There is a fraud staff working in your organisation still using your company names and doing fraud with everyone by using MAF name ' his name his sultan khan he took 2100 aed from for applying my family visa after that he blocked me in WhatsApp and not replying anymore. Kindly requesting to you guys help to find this person so we can stop him to cheat with other people's.

I went to this amer centre for renewal. Saba was handling my papers. She is very good, very friendly. I asked lot of questions and doubts but she never got anger and very calmly politely cleared all my doubts. Also she gives me a regular update through whatsapp also and she responses immidiately to our quries also. 200% I recommend saba working in this centre.

Worst experience with this center while renewing my dependent visa. First, the person (male) sitting in the reception doesn't give you the right information regarding the process. Second, they push the customers for emergency and VIP services for the sake of making more money and last when they make mistakes like typing error, they don't take responsibility to resolve, rather claim it was not their fault. Had to pay them for everything, but they made me run to immigration and ICA to resolve the mistake done by the Amer center typists.

Good afternoon. I had amazing experience in this center, special with assistant Saba, she was doing ID assistance. She is very kind and helpful. Very thankful to her for her amazing support!

I went in this Amer Center to make my new residence visa and emirates ID. All the people working in this Center were of great help but especially Saba who took care of doing all my papers and letting me know the progress while I was at home. I really felt like I was a VIP.

Had a quick turnaround time for Emirates ID and residence visa renewal for dependent. Application was done around 7pm same day around 11pm I got the e-residence visa copy by email
