EID renewal of my dependent was due. Because of system down, application couldnt move. When I raised the concern it was immediately attended by one of the staff Named Mr. Marwan. He was so humble and committed. My query was attended by himself personaly and issue was resolved. Mr. Marwan is a kind of employee which every organization should have and be proud of.

I called many time nobody picking and about information nobody giving the confirm information about visa and labor law

Untrained male staff, 1.document provided but not attached in system, 2. Name captured but not as per passport.application rejected, Need to visit again & again, double work, staff made it time consuming process, too much hectic & losses (parking fees & fines).
