I had got my mother's Golden visa done from Amer SZR and must acknowledge the seemless service I received from the team, especially Nahla who helped me through the entire process so seamlessly. Thanks for providing such a cordial communication and best service I've ever received. My mom's medical process was completed in less than 10 mins at the recommended Smart Salem MC at City walk. One of the very best Amer centres with a great customer service. All staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. I've specially found Kounain Fatima to be super helpful, she's an absolute star. She handled and looked after the case like it was her own and kept me up to date and closed the matter in a very fast matter. Thank you Kounain.

The complimentary valet service provided by this Amer Centre is a game-changer. It completely eliminates the hassle of finding parking and navigating through busy streets, especially in areas where parking can be quite challenging.

Additionally, I was pleased to discover that Arabia Business Center offers visa stamping services right at their Amer Center.
The convenience of having visa stamping available in the same location as other services not only saves time but also ensures a smooth and streamlined experience.

The staff is not that helpful. For any clarification, they asked me to visit there branch instead answering over the call. Had a bad experience with you one of the staffs there.

I went here to apply for my golden visa. When I asked how much it would cost, I was told around 8000AED! This is over double what the price should be. When I asked why the price is inflated, they could not give me a straight answer.

Also, the place was unclean, there was powdered paint on the floors and in the hairs and clothes of the employees.

Very unprofessional. Avoid.

If they had a rating of -5, I would have given them a -5. I was the only one there however they were all playing on their phones and one of them was literally making sandwiches. When I asked for a manager I was told managers don't work on Saturday!

I experienced a big delay in a transaction I did there, technical error which kept my transaction delayed

Worst Service centre.
Not Recommended at all.

In 2 days i visited 5 times for my daughter visa.
Everytime some or the other document is Missing
That's happening when I submitted all papers at first time.

No one is taking responsibility, no response over email too.

Expensive, they charged 80aed as service fee for a travel report issued by a GDFRA that had already an issuance fee in it.

Most of their services can be done through directly communicating with responsible departments

I Paid 285aed for a entry-exit report

However Im giving two stars as I was able to achieve what I went for.

Amer center, all service provider related to Immigration & Emirates I'd and Medical along with the Dubai Economy and Tourism but I will suggest you if you have work related to Dubai Economy then find another place because here staff for Dubai economy is not good in services they are just doing chatting and gossip at all.

This is by far the worst Amer center I have visited and I have visited a few different locations. This place communicates that it offers visa stamping. However, they don't even know when the stamping officer will come to the location. Wasted two trips and no end result. Their reception desks needs improvement also. They don't have all the information. Very disappointing experience.

Just love the place. Unbelievably free valet parking, nice and helpful staff, offered a free water, tea & candy for visitors. Just finished the work in 10 minutes, no unnecessary queue.

Really fantastic since there was no waiting que. Thanks a lot for generous welcome to reception staff.

I went there for my family visa renewal. The staff who attended was so friendly and kind she made us feel welcome. She even gave my children some sweets as system was down and we had to wait for a bit longer. Absolutely loved the experience and recommend them

Very very bad service, yes they don't care about others time and think we have all the day to sit there. Very unorganized center, nothing in place, nothing in sequence. The owner has to shut it down for sometime, fix the bugs and reopen with some good and knowledgeable staff, who can work fast, avoiding long wait time.

Ahmed who i guess is manager there is very cooperative and make you understand the process well. They kept refreshments for visitors which is a nice gesture. Wish it had tasheel also

At Arabian Business Center, the staff is very professional, helpful and very competent. The valet parking is very convenient. I especially want to thank Mr. Firose Khan, Director operations personally to help me inspite his busy schedule. I highly recommend everyone to go there for their visa applications.

Because of my work I have visited many business centers but the Arabian Business Center is the perfect. I went there for the first time for the stamp only this time the reception lady asked me to type all the our company applications there.in my mind what is actually her job marketing or receptionist. Then I saw her talking to a client about the family visa procedure. The client asked many questions and she answered her with a smile, details and patience that I had never seen before. After this day I'm typing all the applications there and I advise everyone to work with them. To the Director of the Arabian Business Center, you are lucky to have such a employee in your center her name weam.

كحال اغلب مراكز امر المركز جيد جدا ونظيف وواسع ولديه موظفين متميزين وخدومين ومعلوماتهم جيده جدا.
ولديهم خدمه صف المركبات وكذك خدمة ضيافة الشاي والقهوة ولكن احيانا ينسى تقديم الخدمه للمراجع رغم خفة الانشغال.
نتمنى لهم مزيدا من التقدم والنجاح.

Amazing customer service and follow up. They have free Valet parking too. I was asked for document correction post submission. I sent Whatsapp to help desk with the copy of document. She helped me to upload it again without me visiting the center. I recommend this Amer center out of all others for any service. Good luck.

Very responsive Team. I have received emirates id of my family within a reasonable price and services are very good. They collect & deliver the documents as well for Free.
