I have experienced a unique opportunity to apply and be granted Golden Visa residency in UAE within 36h.i applied on Jan 3rd pm and got the approval on January 5th, early bird. When I look back and review this experience, this could have never been the same without the support and guidance of Mr. IBRAHIM, who humbly guided me and verified my eligibility and documentation requirements, and walked me through correct submission. Worst amer Center ever, staffs are using mobile and not ready to assist, I took the token and been sitting for past 40mins where as my number was the next to call. Lol! What a service. When there are many staffs and they just want to use phone better suggestion is to not work.

Very Professional and supportive staff. Process is very clean and and simple and usually works gets done in 15 minutes!

Golden Visa Review: This place is a gem if you guys are applying for the golden visa. They will only let you apply if they can assure you the visa approval. The manager for Golden Visa is very helpful and they do not require appointment prior to the visit. I received my visa in 3 days after application. I personally recommend this branch because it is open all days.

They offer the best service ever. Especially Hala offered a wonderful service where she helped a lot and made the process super smooth. I highly recommend you visit this center and ask the support from Hala.

Had a very good experience in this centre. All the staff including the reception, typists, cashiers and managers are very helpful and professional.

They create problems like entering an incorrect bank details for refunds and they don't take responsibility and the branch manager doesn't answer phone calls and not honest. So unprofessional and I am certain if I walk into their door I am mor likely to leave with a problem.

مقارنه مع باقي مراكز امر، للاسف المركز بطيئ جدا، صارلي ساعه انتظر مع انه المركز شبه فاضي. قدامي ٤ أشخاص وكملت ساعه انتظار، الارقام واقفه على اعداد كبيره ما تتحرك وبعض الموظفين للاسف جالسين يتحدثو وماسكين الموبايل. لزم يكون فيه تحسن لأنه انا اعرف امر مستوه الخدمه فيه ممتاز. اتمنى التحسين.

One of the best centers I have visited for any of my visa/immigration needs for self or family. The team out there are very supportive and welcoming. Definitely my first choice of a center to visit for any requests.

Today I applied for the golden visa for my daughter and it was issued in few hours, It was the easiest process thanks to Ibrahim who was following with me step by step and he was really helpful.

If we are rating among the Amer Centers, this one is the best of the best. Enter the Amer Center and you will be greeted by the Managers immediately. Both the Managers, Mr Ibrahim and Ms Hala are very helpful and proficient in their job. The service is efficient and quick. Even the staff from immigration, who are just sitting next to them, are very polite and helpful. I got my and family Golden Visa from here. I had some issue with one of the visa, and though it was not under their domain, they guide me properly to solve my issue.
Proper parking available (the first hour is free). Once again Outstanding service, Excellent staff and above all the best Managers any center can have.

Worst service by typing centre people. To remove my family visa hold requesting for seal on the MOHRE letter which is not all required. I did the same service outside only with stamped visa.

The services of Issa was exceptional. He is very friendly, reliable and very knowledgeable. Amer Dafza branch was very organized well managed by the manager. After being sent on a 3 hours wild good chase by Amer Al Khabisi on Itihad road, i'm so glad I took a chance with this Amer. Mr. Salem Mubarak was amazing, he was courteous, engaging and took time to explain everything to me. I will no longer pick convenience and will make the drive to this Amer for all my visa needs.

I highly recommend Amer at DAFZA branch. Staff there are so helpful and friendly. They will exactly brief you step by step all the things you need to do when processing documents in a very polite manner.
