Very pleasant and fast experience. Shivani (Duaa) was very proactive and helped at all stages of the visa issuing process.

My wife and I recently got our visa processed through them. Excellent service provided by Shivani. I would recommend everyone to take their VIP service which comes at an additional nominal charge but has a great deal of benefits attached to it. Shivani has expertise in the entire visa process and she guided us along the way to get it all completed within 2 weeks. She is extremely soft spoken and was always available to answer our queries. She even assisted us with the document MOFA attestation services. Thank you again Shivani.

Aamer centre in AlQuoz Mall is the best centre to visit. Had wonderful assistance and help from staff Muzain HM who was very professional and expedited my visa submission and other paper work.

I used the Amer Center Al Quoz Mall to renew my visas for myself and my family, opting for the VIP service. I was assigned to Miss Ramla who did a fabulous job, expediting my visa approval process in an extremely thorough, professional, and courteous manner. She was very responsive to my queries, even out with of her working hours. Her knowledge and dedication to her job was impressive. The supporting Amer Center staff used for delivery's, medicals etc, were also very helpful. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Miss Ramla and the Al Quoz Amer Center for all your visa and immigration needs.

I have been to Amer Centre Al qouz mall and I did my ID and other documents. There was Ms Shaikha at counter 8 and she assisted to submit my documents. She was so kind and very helpful and anytime she assisted to help me. It was great service and I’m so happy with amazing customer service. Many many many thanks to Ms Shaikha at counter 8. She is number one staff. I’m excited to come back to do my staff documentation and I will come back soon. Once again thanks a lot for other all team.

This particular Amer center is head and shoulders above any other Amer center. I talked to a lot of Amer centers before commiting to this one for my golden visa application, I'm so happy I chose them. Shivani in particular is so kind, humble and calm with everything. I am a terrible customer in general because i ask a lot of questions but she always helped me every single doubt I had. She was very quick in responding back, sometimes even at midnight. I would highly suggest everyone to use their services. They are amazing, great job Shivani!

Mr Ashiq on counter 15 is the best. He went out of his way to explain everything I need in detailed step-by-step. Thank you for guiding through the whole process. I might have asked too many questions, but he always answered with a smile

Went and got amazed, amazing service, always ask for shibani she's so helpful amazing person and she will make sure your work is done without any problems.

They made a mistake in my golden visa form and wrote the wrong email in the application (@mail instead of @gmail). This led to the application being approved without me knowing the status of the application and losing the validity of the pre approval. Because I didn't get updates on my email. Will recommend everyone to do the process on their own instead.

One of the best parts of this Amer centre is that they have free and ample parking (2-hour limit with attendant) and the centre is also well spaced out, counters are well manned and the reception and the staff counter are always ready to help and are very prompt. Thier line managers and seniors are also vigilant and ensure the free flow of the customers. I have visited other Amer centres across Dubai but this one tops the list as they are very customer centric

The best and most efficient lady in all branches is Ludan Magdi Omer. Honest, cheerful and knowledgeable. She said what the process is and precisely the documentation needed. I went to 4 amer centres with conflicting information till I came to amer al quoz by far the best. Maria. She is fantastic

Whenever we need to renew or apply visa for our kids, we always visit Amer Al Quoz mall. All the staff are very accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to Shivani, i had issue with our newborn visa and did an extra mile to give us the full details. This branch is so lucky to have Shivani who answer all our queries thru whatsapp. This is a good example of good customer service.

The worst experience ever. They didn’t upload all the documents I submitted which made a huge issue in my process. After, they didn’t want to take responsibility and were very rude. Will never come to their location again.

I had applied for my wife and kids visa through DubaiNow app as I was in Abu dhabi and things didn’t go smoothly. Then I came to this Amer Al qouz mall to seek help. I’m confident and extremely happy to suggest this typing centre located at Al Qouz mall. The staffs are really patient and are willing to go to any extent to help the customers. I was facing some delays in getting my Emirates ID issued. After almost 2 months, I’m glad that I got it sorted out couple of days back. All thanks to Aashiq, you can find this gentleman at counter no 21, top floor, who helped me countless times without any hesitation during my visits and most importantly he used to attend my concerns through calls during his busy schedule. Must say a big thanks to you buddy! If anyone reading this review faces a similar issue with their EID application, I highly recommend you to visit Aashiq.

I was keep trying to call them continuously 3 days, but unfortunately no one answer.
So If customer service is like this how about other services.

Amer centers frankly are just a disappointment one after the other. I don’t understand how they keep sending me from one place to another thinking that people don’t have things to do in life other than going to their centers. The stamping of the golden visa for my daughter is just a nightmare process. And I repeat just “stamping”

She is so friendly, helpful and skilled and well organized Amer center located inside Al Quoz Mall.

Tried calling and messaging all day since 8am and no one replied a single time. So I showed up in person and they told me there was no officer today and to try tomorrow instead. This is not the first time that I show up to find out the officer is not working that day. If only they could answer their phone to say what times or days to come it would be so nice.

Went to get my parents a v visa extension was referred to Fahad by reception. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The process was fast and easy.

Used their services for the process of stamping of residence visa, Emirates IS for my family including my mother under parents visa category for 1-year.

I found one excellent, amazing, knowledgeable, helpful gentleman Called Mr. Asif at their main reception who helped me a lot from start, till end for each and every processes including requirements of documentation and step by step procedure for visa stamping related services.

He has depth knowledge of each and every process and procedures related to All the government services served by AMER center.

For all the AMER center related services such as new visa, Emirates id, medical, renewal etc. Al qouz mall center is highly recommended along with Mr. Asif who is most passionate, supportive, helpful employee with smiling face.

Very bad experience don't pick up calla don't respond to emails even if they pick up your call your problem will not be sorted out.
After submission of application you will get the message that documents required. If they Don't know the documents required who else will know it

The most UNPROFESSIONAL Amer setup I have come across in Dubai. As per the timings, its supposed to open at 8: 00 am but there was no one at the reception desk until 9: 20. On inquiring multiple times, one staff told me the immigration desk will open at 9: 00 and the other staff said 10: 00 pm. Finally when the reception staff arrives at 9: 20 and I get a token, the lady at the immigration desk was very very rude when processing the application and was more bothered about informing other staff that she had arrived but forgot to swipe her ID card for attendance. There was a problem with my app but when inquiring what the issue is, she just refused to answer and said got to GDRFA and gave me a paper with some Arabic text. Very bad experience! Went to the Amer center 5 mins away on Umm Suqeim Street which was very professional and the staff were polite and got my visa app done with no issue. Avoid this place and drive to Amer center in Umm Seqeim.

Just make sure not to come after 5 or 6 PM, employees are sitting without calling any number from the queue. It’s normal to sit for 10-15 minutes while 4-5 counters are empty without anyone calls a number. Then you go the the guy who is sitting on the reception and he tells you it’s ok just wait.
