American Aesthetic Medical Center

I regret to share my disappointing experience at the American Aesthetic Medical Center. My wife had booked an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early, as per their guidelines. Unfortunately, during my wife's ongoing laser treatment session, we were abruptly asked to leave the room. This was due to a client who arrived 20 minutes late, demanding immediate attention for laser treatment. We were inconvenienced not once, but twice, facing the same situation on separate occasions. Such unprofessional behavior left us feeling humiliated and undervalued as customers who had booked slots and arrived on time. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this center to anyone seeking a professional and respectful treatment experience. Request management to look into this please to take appropriate action.

So, I decided to have a hair transplant in early 2022 (over 18 months ago) at the American Aesthetic Medical Center. To be honest, my experience didn't turn out well. Here's my straightforward review:

- The outcome? It's quite disappointing. You can see it in the picture.
- I assumed a doctor would be involved, but it was just nurses all the way. I didn't get a chance to consult with any doctor throughout the procedure.
- The follow-ups were filled with promises, but not much improvement was seen.
- About those "Unlimited Grafts" they mention, they ended up doing only 3700 at the time of the procedure, and I believe less. "If you want more grafts, you're welcome to come next year and do a new procedure, they said".

All in all, my experience wasn't great. I've made up my mind and I'm currently looking into having the procedure done somewhere else, for a fresh start.

By the way, everyone who sees me can't help but ask, "Did you seriously get a hair transplant? This is absolutely comical. "

Dr Bushra did an excellent job for my dental check up, scale and polish. A very thorough clean and completely painless. Herself and the rest of the team at the clinic were very friendly and welcoming and can highly recommend!

Very bad for the face treatment as they did not do any test before applying products on my face. Now I have a huge pigmentation in my face. It is been almost three months still suffering. I don’t recommend. They just want your money. They don’t no what they are doing.most of the reviews are on the staff but not about the treatments. I did not even continue with them although I paid for the full package.

I recently had a great experience at American Aesthetic Medical Center. Dr. Bushra and her assistant Remy provided excellent care during my dental veneers procedure. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The receptionist team, Alice and Rasha, were also very welcoming and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Overall, I had a positive experience and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care. I went here for hair transplant consultation. The consultation was free of cost. It was a informative section. They explained everything in details and was able to answer for all the queries.

Dr. Bushra is the best. She is down to earth and I found myself very comfortable dealing with her even though it was my first visit. She and her Nurse Ms. Remy make incredible combination in understand your problems and giving us perfect advice. I wish them all the best I high recommend this clinic to all you are looking for a modern, reliable and clean dentist in town.

I was in this clinic for scaling, and polishing the teeth. The result is horrible. When I checked the result properly at home I did not see that the procedure was done properly. It was done only for the parts that obviously. Totally not recommend. Waste time and money.
Why the clinic is showing only good reviews and bad reviews is hidden? When I posted only that time it is appear that I am not alone with not satisfied result and experience.

The lady who did my face very arrogant, she call herself a doctor while she is not, her talking style is not professional at all, she doesn’t wear mask, she is rude! All what is important to her is the money! It is very expensive just for a normal session.i don’t recommend this place as it is very commercial.she makes you feel that your skin is the worst and she insists to have packages with 10 thousand AED! This is not even reasonable at all. Please save your money and go to another place. The clinic environment is not welcoming at all. I asked her about the price she said 1200! And the receptionist gave me 600! What is wrong with you? ! Be professional when it comes to people faces!

At the beginning dealing with this center I was not happy but seriously when I continued coming I knew them very well and discovered that they are honest, helpful and dry cooperative. The best doctors I ever felt with are Dr. Ahmed Abdulfatah and Dr. Sahar Assaf

Horrible experience! I bought a voucher for dental clean at American Aesthetic clinic. After having waited enough in the waiting room, after I got called by the dentist and sat on the seat, she has started working on my teeth but after 30 seconds she stopped and asked me to go wait again outside and took another pacient. I had an appointment at 4: 30 and at 5: 30 I was still not attended to. I had already told the dr I was on a schedule so there was no reason to be treated so poorly when I had just come in for a 20min procedure.this kind of treatment of clients is unacceptable for any business. Definitely will not use their services ever again and would not recommend to anyone.

I have booked Hair transplantation from this clinic and waiting for the date of surgery. As far as now, the experience i got from all the staffs here are excellent. Especially Dr. Sahar, Patrick, Sheela all are very friendly and cooperative and very supportive from the beginning. Looking forward to have a wonderful experience and excellent results from this clinic. I think they know how to run a clinic with 100% patient satisfaction. Kudos everyone.:)

I came here from the U. S.to get my hair transplant and I am glad that I chose American Aesthetics for my procedure. The process started with consultation with Patrick who walked me through the transplant process along with sharing pictures of the recovery stages. He was extremely patient and very detailed to ensure that all my concerns were discussed.

The procedure itself was not painful. I only felt the first few shots of local anesthesia which were not bad. I have heard people complain about the anesthesia shots being painful but the staff here - Sheila and Rosalie - were adept at their job. Both of them took their time and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the process. After the anesthesia, you don’t feel anything so it’s all good.

After the procedure, I had to come in for the post-op care where the team washed my hair and answered any further questions.again. The facility is spotless and on par (if not better) with any western medical facility.

Overall, my experience has been great and I would definitely come here again.

My experience with the clinic was in the dental clinic, I was suffering from the shape of my teeth and I was avoiding smiling ashamed of the shape of my teeth, during the treatment and dental installation period I suffered from some pain to the point that I regretted making this decision, but after finishing and seeing the great result, my confidence in myself returned and I was pleased Very dentally, everyone who saw my teeth asked me about the clinic and the name of the doctor who performed this successful operation for me. I have to admit that American Aesthetic clinic is one of the more reasonably priced clinics for treatment however that comes at a price. Appointments are never on time, we often have to wait for an hour to see our doctor and are constantly promised “2 more min, just 2 more min”
I am writing this as I am stood in the reception area and we have been waiting over 55 min now for our appointment.
I have asked 2 different people, 3 times and still we are waiting.

I went for hair consultation about a month ago and i actually received a call back from one of their staff to check on my decision! This never really happens! I am taking hair sessions now and I can see the difference! Everyone there is very friendly, they are in a very good location and lots of parking slots are available too.

It’s the best clinic I have ever seen, from services to quality even the product that they use even the staff they are so friendly, I highly recommend this clinic

Well experienced Dr. Ateesh Borole at American aesthetic medical center Dubai and well caring staff. Even after post treatment, their medical support have to be really appreciate. One of the best I would recommend in Dubai.

I have seen so many bad hair transplant results around me. This really scared me too much as I was planning to proceed HT. I met one Dr. Ateesh's patient the result was excellent. That's how I decided and now I'm very happy.

I purchased some vouchers on groupon for 2 fillings. Arrived there and was told i needed two root canal urgently and to put crowns and replace another crown as well in the middle that was causing the problem. A good total of 7500 AED. The dentist used the voucher i bought to do two filling on another tooth telling me both filling were needed on a single tooth i didn't feel much issue with. I went to another doctor who manage to fix both teeth without root canal and confirmed that this crown was still good to go for a while. It cost me 600 AED instead. Very disappointed with this kind of approach.not only about the money that they try to rip me off.but most importantly they'd have no scrupules to remove my tooth nerves to make some extra bucks. Pathetic and very unethical in my opinion.

I wish there was zero star because these people deserve it. I was looking for full body laser treatment with gel machine.price of the sessions was not an issue.they told me they are using the laser with gel machine so i took first session and paid for the entire package for 6 sessions.when i went for the next session 6weeks later without informing me they used another machine which burnt skin of my face but the moment i realised it is another machine i refused going forward with the session and sent them picture of the burn. They instead told me that because of me they will arrange the machine and i should go ahead with my package. I am a medical professional, it is illegal to change the laser device without informing the patient and without taking consent they can not start the procedure.written consent was given for the gel machine.after a lot of waiting and discussion they arranged that machine and gave me another session.when i called for the next session they refused to provide the laser gel machine for the session.i requested to refund my money for the sessions which i did not take because it is their fault that they do not have the machine.
That was the end of it. WE KEEP ON CALLING DAILY FROM MORE THAN A MONTH REGARDING THIS. Initially they said they will take 10 days to return it.after 15days when we started calling, there is no reply. They do not call us back, they keep on saying that they will discuss with the manager etc
finally when we got connected to their manager she refused to tell when or whether they will give the money back or not.
We requested to talk to the owner about the issue but they refused to let us speak
i have no option left but to inform this to DHA complain portal that they are so unprofessional and rude. This place just has a fine decor otherwise it is running worse than a local beauty salon.never trust them with your money or health.i am going forward with the dha complain and will update you all regarding the result

Very poor service.these people take the money in the name of packages. We bought their package of full body laser for several sessions. In the next session they changed their machine without giving any information. I sustained a laser burn with it on face.
Later they informed that they will not be able to arrange the old machine and will refund the rest of the money
Since 15 days we have been calling several times but money has not been refunded.
Miss. Nadine is the manager and she says we can complain anywhere. She has no idea when the money will be refunded. She says we can go complain anywhere its of no use.
My money has been retained from months now. Nobody should pay in advance to them.

My first visit to this place, I went to see the dentist Dr Bushra. She’s very kind and explains everything before she works which shows how professional she is. I enjoyed my experience and will be coming back again.

I am currently undergoing laser treatment with Natalia and i love it! I have done 6 sessions of laser elsewhere before this and it used to be a long and painful process. However, with AAMC’s newer technology and Natalia’s sweet and caring approach, my laser experience here has been completely different and more relaxing and enjoyable:)

Guys whoever gets the voucher it’s better to trash it because first you will work for them in end instead of paying they will give you the voucher of worth 500 aed and for you of course that voucher is 500 aed cash because you actual worked so hard and when the time will come to redeem that voucher you will chose a service which cost is 500 aed so they will be like no this is the promotional price the actual price is 1000 aed which means if you don’t give voucher you will pay 500 aed and if u r giving voucher of 500 aed you have to give voucher and pay 500 aed cash for that service which means in both cases you will have to pay 500 aed from your pocket so where does the voucher money goes? Wallah it’s haram stop giving vouchers and be honest and tell us to work for you for free stop cheating us

I met Dr. Natalia for consultation for my laser beard, she is fantastic and I never saw doctor high professional like she is

To start with I suffered for years under very painful and severe Akne.
