The staff there is super rude and has one of the worst egos I've ever seen.they don't care for their customers.

Staff is stupid. My 2 year old daughter accidentally went inside another trial room and was screaming. On asking staff to check the rooms she didn’t check one room as it was locked. On insisting she opened only to find my daughter right inside there. I don’t understand the pain it was to your staff to just open one door with key, even though no one was inside the room changing.

To add to nightmare experience there was a disgruntled cashier. There is only one cashier operating in store and no queue except for one person being billed. Staff speaks loudly to manager to switch off her cashier counter as she is tired and that too multiple times even though we are still there and understand the language in which she is talking. She looks irritated, shows it and makes experience terrible

If given a choice I would give minus 5 stars

Worst customer service ever. I ordered an item during early April this year (AE UAE online) for which they delivered a wrong item. I returned the product at their stores and still awaiting for a response. It's more than a month now and I'm tired of providing the details and explaining the story to their customer service reps. No reply to emails, no updates on delivering the right product, no information on returning the money I spent. World class management!

One of the most disappointing experience. The staff lacks training. The products are not common in size exchange policy is not clearly mentioned. I would not recommend this store to anyone. This was the last purchase of American Eagle ever!

Worst American Eagle ever. I just asked them to call to MOE if they have a specific size of jeans and the girl refused. I asked to talk to the manager. He came and refused it also. I can understand if it’s busy and they don’t have the time, but there was no one in the waiting to pay and they refuse to call.

Experience is excellent, and very lovable for team hoodies, sweaters, jeans and the list goes on and on, You can visit The Dubai Mall, The battuta Mall, and mall of emirates for good brands. Those are just a jew of the outlets but we do have more, and all outlets deliver to the customers satisfaction.

Rude and unprofessional staff The staff were mad and mean, they do not communicate with customers and talk to them in very impolite way

Rude staff and unprofessional.i bought 2 shirts and unfortunately misplaced the receipt.i requested them that instead L i had taken XL.they refused to give the favor.and simply allow me to leave.i had misplaced receipts of G2000 and Springs few years ago.they not only exchanged the item without receipt but went an extra mile to print the old slip.worst place to go.
