Went to see Dr Wahl, he was so uninterested in my son. He was yawning. We went to get my sons wisdom teeth checked. He took an xray, asked NO questions, looked in my sons mouth for a few seconds, said its so infected, told us we waited so long, we told him the pain began yesterday, till then there was no pain. He said we have to surgerically remove the tooth now! He did not explain what has happen, why, comfort my son, he just needed to make 2000 dhs to remove a tooth today! We left, went to Dr Micheals dental clinic in Al Wasal. He looked into my sons mouth and said oh looks like an infection we have to treat it with antibiotics first before I can even touch the tooth! So professional! He also explained why he has to take it out, how, the different possible methods! He said my son can't open his mouth how can you take a wisdom tooth out!

I am SHOCKED this doctor at American medical and dental clinic is even open at healthcare city! Staff are laughing loudly, shocking!

I had a fantastic experience at this clinic. Dr. Sara was so kind and thorough. I really trust her medical opinions, and she took her time with me. She treated my cavities, and applied a crown for me along with a cleaning. She explained everything well and took her time. Not only is she knowledgeable but she is a warm person. Had to undergo a major dental procedure, searched on the net for the best place and opted for American medical and dental clinic because of the great reviews. I am so glad that I landed at the right place. Dr Wael Baydoun is such an amazing doctor. With great patience he examined my teeth and explained the procedure I had to undergo. The surgery was done extremely well with minimum pain and no post complications. The rest of the staff are also so amazing and sensitive to their patients.
I have some more work to be done and I am confident that I am in the right hands of Dr Wael.

I have recently had an implant with Dr. Wael. Before I decide to go to ADMC, I visited a couple of dentists in Dubai to get more opinions. Dr. Wael was the only one to explain the process so well and he was very clear to what he will do. After the implant surgery I had absolutely no pain or any kind of discomfort. There was no bone breaking, comparing to suggestions of other doctors and the surgery couldn't go smoother. Despite it is slightly more expensive than others, when the time comes to do the surgery and you hear the doctor saying "bring the blade no. 5", then you know you have come to the best.

I highly recommend American Medical and Dental Center. I had a best dental experience during my visit. I went to this dental center primarily because of my teeth problem regarding fixing of my old filling and some sensitivity. I would say that the clinic is very clean, hygienic and I like the ambiance. The dental instruments are properly sanitized. Moreover, from all the staff of AMDC, I like their professionalism and teamwork. I met Dr. Wael, he is professional and has great dental skills. He advised me to have dental veneers and he made me feel at ease during the procedure. From the first visit till my next visit, I felt comfortable and I loved the result. First of all the clinic is clean and very organized by the receptionist. She knows her job very well. She dealt with all documents I need and information for my claim.

The doctor is very professional, and the full experience is pleasant and enjoyable. The staff and nurses are also great. On-time, clear process.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Came for a check up and got dropped for whitening which I didn’t actually wanted. Shallow check up without a scan. When complaining for pain during whitening a nurse would say she can’t see anything. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Other two teeth done.

Over hyped by false publicity, got my tooth work done, composite chipped off after two months, sensation remained after the procedure for a long time. The dentist booked overlapping appointment with mine and was distracted.

I'm not a fan of dentist's, but this clinic has changed my life with my new smile! All "pleasantries" of the process (I do have zero tolerance for pain) and Dr. Wael have done a magnificent job making me comfortable from very beginning of the process till end. I had to replace my dental crowns and I’m really glad I found AMDC bcos of the good reviews I saw online. Good thing they even exceeded my expectations! It was a unbelievably fast and perfect process. Dr. Wael and the whole team were also very nice to me, answered all my serious questions (even the stupid ones) about the procedure. I totally recommend AMDC for all first timers and for the people who wants to experience an accommodating and comfortable clinic in Dubai with professional staff. Totally recommend! I did extensive dental work with dr. Wael Baydoun with great results. I'm a particularly picky person and dr. Wael proved to be one of the most patient and kind doctors. He didn't rest until I was 100% happy with the results.

I rarely post reviews but I will make an exception for AMDC. I wanted to start an orthodontic treatment and I went to that clinic. Initially I wanted to start Invisalign treatment and even though the clinic officially works with them, I ended up with EON aligners which I found afterwards.
My case is a bit more complex and instead of offering me other alternative (e.g. Lingual braces, ceramic braces) I've been given a list to sign at my 3rd visit with results that CAN'T be achieved in my case. The list was handwritten on a piece of paper which looked quite unprofessional to me.
Also, there was slight change of what I've been told at the beginning. For example my midline is off and I've been told that after the treatment it will be centered. Afterwards I've been told it will just slightly move but will be far away from what's supposed to be.
Considering all of this I've decided to cancel the treatment at the very beginning of the process.
The dentist at the clinic promised me to cooperate for at least partial refund of what I have already paid and transfer me to an orthodontist. After a few weeks it was clear that I won't get anything back. I've lost 8k AED and my time. Currently, I'm also experiencing some enamel problems thanks to the IPR they did.
So if you have any minor problem that requires teeth alignment they can help you there, but if your case is a bit more complicated I would strongly recommend you to find a real orthodontist somewhere else.
