Very difficult to actually book an appointment. I have been contacting them through whatsapp with no reply nor answer from their side. They sent only one message back and disappeard totally. I was interested to visit one of their doctors and waited 2 days for reply to book an appointment and still nothing. So unfortunate as it represents entire wellness and actually you don’t get a chance to visit the doctor because of poor customer service

We always feel so welcome and cared for in Dr. Hammoud’s clinic! His kindness and attention to detail and the fact that he gives us all the time we need to discuss our concerns means the world to us. We are so grateful for him!

The Psychology Observership was very helpful to me, to someone who had very little experience on the field of psychology.

It provided me with prespective from many side that made me reconsider my future path ahead. Although it seemed lenghty at times, I came to learn that many of the things I learned need the cooperation of other fields in healthcare. The roleplay session gave me many new opportunities to apply my knowledge and to observe other patterns that may occur during the sessions.

We learned how to apply techniques and did case studies that provided perspectives that helped.

Experiences from neurologist, psychologist [of many types], Family Medicine, Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Dietitian and the nurses gave many tips in the field.

I recently completed the Psychology Observership provided by the American Wellness Center and it was a very enriching experience. The lectures were interesting and I got to discuss and learn about a variety of psychological concepts with peers and experts.

I have been going to see many different people at American Wellness Center, which of whom are all fantastic at what they do. However what is special about this clinic is that both the front desk and nurses are also exceptional. Meriem is always there to help me sort out my appointments and follow up on what I need. She offers a warm welcome and actually will follow up to make sure all my needs are met.

My mother was diagnosed with severe depression. Upon doctor’s recommendation we decided to take TMS services at American Wellness center for her. We are happy with the results and improvement in her condition after the treatment. However I give 4 stars only because the TMS is very expensive treatment. If you can afford, this is a very good treatment in long run basis.

I’ve been a frequent patient at AWC since Oct 2022. Dr Farah Qadir has been a great mentor and psychologist guiding me through my personal, professional and mental challenges. Thanks to her guidance that allowed me to overcome these challenges and be stronger mentally. Appreciate all the team and Ms. Jean for the organisation and follow up. Thanks to everyone!

Trust my word when I say that Dr. Lara Teyan is one of the best doctors I dealt with, most professional, educated, and experienced. The experience was impressive. The office is clean and well-organized, and the location is convenient.
The staff is always very attentive and pleasant, well-informed, and pays attention to the patient. Especially Dr. Tahir is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring.

I rread positive reviews of your clinic and visited your clinic to consult with Doctor Huda.

I must say from the very first visit, it has been an odd experience. I was told to do a blood test and I would get result in 2 hours.
I was not given any result. Then when I messaged the clinic they said that only you can get the results when you meet the doctor.

For the appointmens, they keep changing the time as the something or the other comes up. Highly unprofessional.

Now when I go for my next visit, I am told to do a CT Scan. I asked for options for another centre to the Scan as the location is far. No response to messages.

Then when I finally do the Scan, I am not given any response as to whether my report is ready. I have messaged them 3 times. Its been a month since I did the Scan and no one contacted me.

This is very strange and I expected much higher standards from your team.

Doctors are great, the front office and scheduling staff not so much. The front desk staff are quite rude and unfriendly, if you can deal with them it’s a great clinic

I have been coming to the clinic's physiotherapy dept.for some time now and I couldn't have asked for a better set of medical professionals to alleviate and heal the sports injury.

The team is extremely effective and had gone out their way to accommodate the physio session timings.

Spinal decompression therapy is very effective, absolute state of the art, specially for athletes who suffer from lower back pain and in need of therapy

I love it, all of the physiotherapists are full of energy and are always smiling. They are so supportive and loving couldn’t be recovering from my injury this fast without them.

I have chronic back pain, went to the center with my 100% healthy MRI and for no reason they said i need 20 spinal decompression session and they mentioned i dont have enough spaces between by disks although all other doctors in hospitals said my spinal MRI is 100% healthy. However I paid a lot in american wellness center and of-course it didn’t work. I later got diagnosed with an autoimmune immune disease in my sacroiliac joint and spinal decompression never help this issue.
So in summary they misdiagnosed me, they said i have things which i don’t have so i pay for 20 sessions.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience as an intern at the American Wellness Center. I learned so much from the doctors and gained a lot of hands on experience. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to gain exposure to professionals in the field of psychology, psychiatry, and medicine.

I visited American Wellness center today. I am a practicing psychologist in Dubai and I can definitely say that the place is very comfortable, inviting, and friendly. The process is very structured and timely and communication with clients really respectful.
Of course Dr. Cynthia is one of the best psychologists I know, I trusted her with my own son.

I have contacted the clinic at 9: 51 am asking for an appointment and a confirmation of insurance coverage. The lady on the phone told me to send my card on WhatsApp. I was ignored totally until 3 pm.so I followed up with a call and was also Ed for my number and promised that they will check and reply. I asked the lady to just book me in regardless of the coverage. She told me she will check and reply ok WhatsApp.one whole working day has passed and I have not received a reply nor was an appointment booked. I think it’s the first time I see such customer service in Dubai.appalling

I regularly visit the physiotherapy department and they honestly have the best staff! They aim to actually help the patient and help out even more than required. I went to lots of other places for physiotherapy and American Wellness Center is the best in all regards

This center provides many interesting internship program opportunities with a variety of different professionals in the field of medicine and psychology. The center does not fail to satisfy their customers from what I observed.

Based on my experience American wellness center has very kind staff and very friendly I recommend to everyone

I highly recommend a psychology internship in AWC. It was one of my greatest experiences in the field of psychology. The whole staff wanted to give us the best ideas and knowledge. My internship lasted one month and it was a fruitful time, full of new points of view. In my opinion the biggest asset of AWC are people, world-class specialists in psychology, psychiatry and other medical sciences. I was a Polish participant in this internship and honestly, I've never experienced such a friendly attitude before. The whole program was way beyond my expectations. I can't wait to be back in Dubai and practice more. It was a pleasure and privilege to be a part of the intern.

Shambles. Front desk are unorganized, they don't respond to messages. They booked me an appointment and the therapist was not available wasting my time and energy. There are plenty of other Wellness centre's in Dubai, I don't recommend this one.

It was very bad experience dealing with this clinic and the doctor especially. As they just wanted you to keep coming in order charge your insurance while diagnosis especially the orthopaedic is horrible the doctor diagnosed my son 14 months old has a minor problem on

1st visit to the ortho he said the his fine and normal but we need Xray,

2nd Visit he said he has big Vit D deficiency without lab test based on Xray but he asked for another lateral Xray,

3rd was a phone call found out my little baby 14 months has severe problem and the diagnosis is to put Casts on his both legs for 6 weeks (but this need insurance approval as per Doctor feedback) or the other option wants to do him surgery.

I checked 3 different orthopaedic in different places and all said that my kid is completely fine and after 3 month he will grow out of it and he is much better now

What I can say for this kind of Clinics that looks for money not for diagnosis.

While I was extremely pleased with the clinic services and my consultation with one doctor. The experience with the clinic and another doctor was totally opposite. The consultation is suppose to be of 30mins. Firstly it was delayed by 15mins. And then my consultation was finished in just 5mins. The doctor was suppose to provide a referral letter. It has been more than a week I am following up with the clinic. And their service has continued to be so bad, that I have not yet received the same. And their consultation charges are 3times compared to aster clinics, and yet aster clinics manages to provide decent service.

What I can say for this kind of Clinics that looks for money not for diagnosis.

I had to wait 60-70 minutes to see the doctor, although I had an appointment. These kind of clinics wouldn’t survive in Europe or USA, shameful, slow, and a lot of time wasting, noting that I have sent my insurance policy and ID 2 days before my appointment. I do not recommend anyone to visit this place, writing this review while am still in the clinic waiting.

Dr. Tahir is an old man unaware of any new research on his field and most likely not willing to listen to any other opinion but his. Not helpful and also excessively expensive with 0 professionalism

I met two counselors. The first one for just once but she didn't make me feel at ease at all as she was very judgmental but maybe it was her way of treatment. With the second one, I didn't enjoy the online consultation and face to Face one was much better. She gave good advice.

Dr. Stevan is amazing, he listen to the patient and understand the problem. He helped me to get out from the anxiety and depression by using cognitive behavioral therapy.
The staff there are very good and friendly.

Friendly staff while greetings, easy to communicate with every member of the team, the environment is very calming. While time moved on and be being a patient with this clinic all i see is improvement in every way possible. The Doctors available in this collaborated clinic are all highly professional and have great feedbacks after every visit. I will simplify my review with the simplest way, if you are truly, in need and seek real professional help, then i would highly advice to.

Visited Dr. Mohammed Tahir. Takes no interest in listening to the patient. Extremely fast with writing unnecessary lab tests. I've seen multiple psychiatrists over the years, and have never met a doctor so uninterested in actually figuring out what a patient was suffering from. His aim seems to be to make money, and nothing else.

Today was my first visit at American Wellness Center to meet Dr. Indira Priyadarshini, for my mother.first visit to any doctor makes person nervous and my mom was nervous but as soon she start talking to the Doctor she relaxed and explain her the problem.

Dr. Indira Priyadarshini, is a kind, supportive, friendly, and professional PSYCHIATRIST, she listen and give her honest opinion which is difficult to find specially in Dubai.

When it is about mental health, American Wellness Center is one of the best clinic having trustworthy and highly qualified professionals

The staff was professional and caring. Everyone from the front desk staff to the therapist that we saw were kind, courteous, and helpful.

Showed no interest in medical history or the patient, he only cares about what medication to prescribe.

My experience was very unpleasant with those people the least to say. They told me I was covered by my insurance, but when arrived there they told me my insurance won't cover, so I had to pay a huge amount because they didn't do their job properly. I have waited for their finest doctor for 40 minutes before being able to see him. And when I did I was very surprised to see his secretary - or whoever - is present in the session. Never seen that anywhere else before. She is not even a nurse and this is suppose to be private.

Of course because he was over scheduled to be able to fit as many patients as possible to make as much money in one day - I didn't get enough time to talk enough to him. I had many questions as this kind of treatment is new to me but he talked very quickly and made me feel that his schedule is full and he needed to meet the next patient. This was very frustrating coming from a doctor who suppose to look after sick people!
Let alone how much I begged later from their staff to prepare a medical report!
There are many clinics and medical centers around, I'd rather pay more for people who take my health seriously.

Never going back. They should learn to inform their patients the costs of the blood tests before they proceed with it. Specially when they know the patient is about to pay a total of a big amount of money. I believe I paid for unnecessary blood tests that it was quite obvious that the Doctor has asked for just to get more money out of my visit. And also asked me to visit only one week later, when these type of medications take about a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks to work. The only reason he would ask me to come back this soon, is just to also make me pay for an unnecessary early visit.

And most importantly, the doctor definitely did not ask me enough questions to understand about my condition. The only reason I visited him, was because I needed a second opinion and I wish I did not do that. My first doctor was more concerned with every single detail and asked me tons of questions to analyse my condition properly. And also I paid only 20 percent of what I paid in this clinic.

And from the type of medicine he recommended, i’m quite almost certain that he did not understand my condition whatsoever.
