Great Clinic with very accommodating Staffs especially Dr Usama and Nurse Charie. The Reception staff responds to your needs in a polite and proffesional way and Jayson is my personal choice. Would definitely recommend this vet clinic to everyone.

We took our puppy to Amity Clinic a few times, and every time they were so nice and professional. We have a feeling that we can trust them. Everything is explained to us in details - what is happening, why, and how they think we should proceed with the treatment.
We took our puppy for spaying procedure and Dr Sam was really nice, we really liked him (again, explained everything in detail and reassured us that they will take good care of her).
If your pet was sick (our baby girl had some virus once), they will contact you a few times after the checkup to check if everything is okay. So, you’ll really feel like you’re in good hands.
And they’re available almost all the time on whatsapp.
Highly recommend!

I took my pet Coco to Amity Veterinary Clinic as he was not feeling well at all. He was dull and down. I was suggested a few tests at first and I was apprehensive. But after it was explained to me well by Dr. Shaurat I was happy to go ahead with it. It was genuine of her to explain the blood report in detail and help us understand Coco's condition better. After this he was well taken care of. I would definitely go back and recommend Dr. Shaurat.

This was the second clinic I got my dog Coco to, and they figured out the root cause immediately and explained it very well.

This must be one of the best Veternary Clinics I’ve ever been to. The receptionists are so amazing and helpful and Dr Clare has got my dog in a much more comfortable place (he is 13 plus years old and has a heart condition) but she has truly improved his quality of life by adjusting medicines and advising on his eating plan. He has become more active and healthier all round. I would highly recommend Amity.

If u have pet insurance dont even bother going here! They will charge you 300aed to fill up reimbursment form for ur insurance.
Once u enter they do not explain process for insurance they just say we will explain after treatment. Ridiculous never going there again!

Apart from regular stuff (which they are good at) I have had some experience with emergency events. They were good at handling emergency, however i felt some doctors could show some more empathy towards my cat.
Otherwise all is good. Have been my cat’s regular vet since 1.5 years now.

I just want to thank Dr Sam. While we did not have any care from him or Amity, I was referred his number to help put to sleep my extremely ill, elderly cat. His responses on WhatsApp were fast, very courteous, and calming. Unfortunately my cat did not make it long enough to carry out the at home service we had preferred for him. I will definitely look to Amity for my other animals needs in future

Best Veterinary Clinic in Dubai!
The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable, and they have their own furry friends as well, so they feel our suffering if our pets are hurt.
The prices are average compared to the market in Dubai, maybe a bit lower in some services.
It's been almost 2 years dealing with Amity, and I would never change it for sure!

They can be reached easily over whatsapp, if you have a query about your pet, they not only answer but come back next day to check on the status of your pet. For me this was something I liked a lot with them.

I had an inquiry over the phone and I was very pleased with the receptionists hospitality and the way they responded.

Had a castration surgery done for my puppy (toy poodle) and it went great. Pluto was playing a couple of hours after we went back home and the wound healed perfectly!
Even after calling them a couple of times for questions post surgery, the team was helpful and answered all my questions unlike what other reviews show. Dr Usama and the team at the reception always welcome us and make us feel at home. Dr Usama really takes his time explaining everything in detail and give great advise!

Excellent state of art vet clinic in dubai. Vet docs and nurses are ver friendly and facilities are great.

Very disappointing experience. Final cost was 70% above estimate and feedback was a recommendation to see another vet for next steps as a result of limited expertise in house.

I strongly recommend Amity Vet and in particular Dr. Usama, for the capability of elaborating an accurate diagnosis and establishing an effective cure for our dog, seriously ill and improve her condition. The personnel working is extremely attentive and kind.

Puma is my first kitten and Dr John is the only doctor I can trust to treat her. After checking and visiting several vets, I have to say Amity clinic by far surpasses them all. The care, attentiveness and treatment from Dr John and his team is simply amazing.

Very pleased with the level of service provided. A little costlier than some other places but afterwards I feel it was totally worth it. Communication was top notch, their team arrived on time (both times) to take my cat to be neutered and have his vaccinations. Documentation provided is presently nicely and easy to read, the cat has some service history now. They also took care of the municipality registration too. No hassle at all and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional, communicated with the clinic and explained what I needed before going to the clinic, they given me the prices and when they accepted the my two cats they told me they do not do the full grooming service which consist of trimming, cutting of nails, wash shampoo etc. The sad part is that I was regular customer.

I've been a pet owner in Dubai for the last four years and i've been stung several times with large bills at various p**s taking vets. I visited Amity last week with my new frenchie and i have to say they were fantastic, giving very honest advice, not pushing me to pay for things because i was an easy target. Really impressed I've found my vet of choice now, highly recommend to other dog owners out there who're nervous about visiting the vets here.

Dr. Kamel is really wonderful, the clinic staff are very helpful, and the hands on owners were lovely. Dr. Kamel took us as an emergency for a stray that I brought in who I thought maybe had a broken leg (luckily it was not). He was caring and showed patience and so much compassion. He took time to explain everything and never rushed. It is obvious the love he has for all animals. I used to use a different vet in Dubai but he has completely changed my mind and I will be a future client here always. They were incredibly kind with the pricing as it was a stray and I was and am very grateful for their help.

Recently, our retriever swallowed a small mango seed & didn't respond to induced vomiting. Most clinics recommend surgical removal in such cases, but the idea of surgery horrified us. Dr. Teena was very professional in balancing our dog's well-being with our worries. She suggested that we wait & watch, as our dog showed no symptoms of distress. She explained possible outcomes clearly, so that we could respond quickly to any change in our dog's behaviour. Over the next weeks, she was always available on the phone to listen to our dog-poop reports & to answer our questions with patience. It's been over a month since SeedGate & our dog is absolutely fine, & blessedly unscarred. It is very reassuring to know that we have found a vet who will commit to a treatment option that may take more time to show a result, but that works best for the dog & its humans.

I follow Dr. Sam wherever he goes as he is an honest vet and very transparent on his communications. His almost 30 years experience in the veterinary world has given him a sharp tool to be very precise and diagnose cases. When he joined the Amity Vet Clinic I was a bit hesitant in the beginning to visit the clinic, but after the first visit I realized why it’s a clinic that I would always recommend and will go to. Both Dr. Sam and the Owner has the same attitude, they are not there for $ but there to give you the proper service. Take care of your babies and give the best care that you could get.
Their promotions had helped a lot. I hope Dr. Sam doesn’t go anywhere else because I like the combination of this cooperation.

This will probably be the second and last time I go there. One of the vets told me last time that my cats didn't have parasites without even checking, when I tested them in another vet, of course they had to be treated for it.
Today I took them for neutering. They seemed to have no info at all about them and their adoption. Also no info at all about the procedure, extra costs, nothing. Very bad communication. It's a pity since the owners seem nice, but very disappointing visits from my side.

I was beyond disappointed with my experience. 1) When they tried to draw blood the 1st time they didn't get any, I wasn't sure if they missed the vein or something else but distressing for me and my dog. 2) They sent me the incorrect blood tests and I had to pay to get these redone as my dog got worse and they weren't open so I couldn't get hold of the right test 3) They sent me home with medication with no label so when the next vet asked what my dog had taken I had no idea. I asked for a refund for the blood tests and they said no I could get a free consultation and blood test there in the next 3 months, which I will certainly not be doing.

Highly recommended professional team, so kind to animals caring about them and do what ever they need to relieve their pain and get them a faster recovery

My first visit with my beagle was excellent even though it costed me a fortune for treating ear infection. I made a second appointment for follow up, Dr. Sam was the vet, checked Olly, cleaned his ears with a basic cleanser, not even with meds, gave us the same Meds and they charged me full consultation instead of follow up. I understand times are tough but this was a rip off. No communication, and the girl at the reception wasn’t even listening to my point. Made the bill, collected money and moved onto the next guest like I didn’t exist. I feel cheated and don’t think will be going back.
P. S.when I made an appointment a month later and informed that it was a follow up, I was told it was ok. If a visit full month later is considered regular visit, why was I not informed right from the beginning?

I had to choose 1 Star. I would’ve preferred to choose none!
We took my friends villa cat who has given birth to 2 kittens to Amity vet. 1 kitten was still attached to the mama, (but following instructions from the internet) we cut the umbilical cord and 1 kitten was still attached to the sack so we decided to take all to the vet to check. Dr Westhead examined and said she still had another kitten to deliver and sent us home. It was 5pm. Kitten and Mama died by morning.
Incompetence at its best.
My friend took the dead cat back, and Dr Westhead and the owner turned it on us and implied it was our fault for bringing the cat in in the first place. They took the cat from my friend and offered to dispose of at no cost.
Well how generous considering Dr Westheads negligence killed her.
Even another vet in the clinic agreed that he should’ve induced and done more but maybe home time was more important than giving adequate care.
I’ve lived and rescued in Dubai for the last 16 years and never dealt with this before! Never will I return to this vet. Ever!

Dr Tina is the best, I followed her from another vet and have to say this place seems a lot more professional, larger and friendly. Dr Tina is so gentle and friendly with my cats and dog. Always gives great advice and responsive on WhatsApp. Since my animal family is expanding, I bring them here:)

One of our dogs had a medical issue and contacted Sam Westhead at Amity Vet and I have to say in 8 years living here I've not seen such professional, knowledgeable and just down right top shelf service. He looked after our lad and we are delighted to have gone with him and will do again in the future.

Amity clinic handles all the dogs for Red Paw Foundation and also works with the cat rescue side too. Dr. Sam and Dr. Kamel have always been great with our dogs and go above and beyond to help them. Great clinic with great staff.

Large clinic with numbers of Vets, Surgery facility and grooming centre. Good car parking facility adjacent to the clinic. Staff was friendly and professional

We took our 3 months old puppy having strong coughs and vomiting. This is our first pet and we were very concerned. The staff and Doctors were extremely helpful and comforting. The puppy needed a test to be done for a rare virus, the test was not available on the shelf. One of the doctors went himself to get it for us.
The facility itself is spacious and very clean. Amity is surely our clinic of choice.

Horrible experience.left with tears and a body. Dental work on my kitty was suggested and they made it sound critical for the cats survival.i agreed for a dental appointment next week.cat was fine nd eating until we got the dental.no post follow up care was suggested.just a casual 'surgery is successfull and normal food'. Cat cldnt eat well after that.went into dehyradation.and i rushed to vet where they held off the Iv drops because they concluded the cat is anameic.nd they suggested tests worth 1300 aed to figure out the hemoglobin level and based on that they would prepare Iv. Im not Sherlock but i asked them is this test needed we spent over 30 mins deciding a safe dosage of Iv for a dehydrated cat.they cld have adminstered minimum dosage and started procedure. Cat died right before they could inject it. Post death discussion with owner revealed it was my fault that i chose a dental surgery as it was 'optional'. My question is if it was optional cant a clinic assess the health of a cat before they agree for surgeries.the doctor who felt cat needed surgery was unable to see how anameic the cat was on his first visit.yet he suggested surgery.after few days post the surgery he address the anemic level of cat.shocker
