We were moving from Sharjah to Fujairah. Within half hour of filling a simple online form, a free initial assessment was done in person and a quote given. The movers turned up at 9 on the dot. Each item was carefully packaged. Prior damage was quickly pointed out. We had left valuables here and there. Nothing was missing. They worked well as a team, very polite, professional. In the hew place, they were happy to suggest where to put things. All required tools were brought.
Delicate/fragile items were labeled.
Unpacked everything and were out by 6 pm after making sure that we were satisfied.
I would gladly recommend their services.

Poor experience! Move was not well handled, they arrived 2 hours late and did not complete the unpacking. I had to get them to come back next day so they sent 1 person who hardly did anything

I used Safa Movers in 2014 and again in 2016. I was reminded of that experience because I am having to move again and am looking for a moving company. In 2014, the move from a villa to an apartment can be rated 3/5. Packing was done well but workers became restless as soon as it was 5 pm and they started to throw things into the store room, anxious to get away.
In 2016, we had just suffered a trauma of escaping a fire which had burnt down two towers. There was total chaos everywhere. We were to move from the burnt tower to a new tower in the same complex. Safa movers came and assured us of good (better than before, they said) service. They had brought inexperienced workers because in their corporate greed they were trying to get as many customers as possible from the residents of the burnt tower (everyone had to move). Packing was bad, unpacking was worse. Our things were broken. Some were lost. Workers were callous.a very bad experience. 2/5

The sales team was professional and very helpful. On the day the packing team arrived, packing was done very professionally, no furniture was damaged or nothing got broken, and under extremely difficult situations the team was amazing! I highly recommend their services and they know what they are doing.

Great team and the Supervisor should enter the Olympics for moving! Was exhausted watching him, managed the team well and always with a smile.
