Games are not working. Only 1 staff working to attend defective games and had to be asked 3 times to leave the food/beverage station to help. Eventually had to ask for a refund and ask them to close the defective games. Never seen tax applied on games...

I went there with ny 2 little ones to try out tufting for the first time ever. And OMG.loved the process. Everybit from start to the end. I was amazed by how easily they trained us within minutes and guided my son and my niece to tuft on their own...
