The check in was very bad i came around 6 pm the room was still not ready and the was cleaning the room. Was waiting for my car for one hour they lost my car

We have stayed a couple of times at Anantara. Nice Residence with the best pool in Dubai surrounded by trees, palms and full of birds singing. I would say the greenest place in Dubai we have stayed in. Lagunas are open 24/7, and they function any season, the water temperature adapts to the weather (at summer, the water cools down, at winter it is warmed up). The beach is also nice, you can relax while swimming, as there are no waves. Apartments are big, however some renovation would improve the experience. The bedrooms if used as an office, for the long-term use are not comfortable, not enough space near the working table. And cooking areas at the majority of rooms are really small and uncomfortable. Some rooms have air-conditioners renovated, some need to be renovated, stink and do not function properly. The service is great, you can ask almost about anything and any issue is resolved in a timely manner.

The babysitters at kids club are just blessing for the parents with little children. We had taken services from Jana, Richa, Htwe and Shanti. They are the most cooperative and helpful babysitters we ever had. They had taken care of our kids so well so that we could enjoy our trip to the maximum.

Actually, it was an apartment inside this hotel.flat number 328.because we trust the management of this hotel.and they match the protection and security.so we chose to have our family vacation there.but what happened was that the heater pipe blew.in the bathroom and hot water spread. From ceiling to floor like rain.unfortunately my children were in the bathroom.this apartment is part of the hotel.and yet when we told the management.they said the apartment is not under their management. (What if there is a short circuit.or the apartment is flooded?) if that is a safety measure? We will take legal action because they put our kids under risk. The agent came after 40 min.was still water Falling like a waterfall from the ceiling…and we cut our vacation and back to house This place is very special for happy holidays.what happened to us is very unfortunate.and bad

Very Grand Hotel, quite deep into the palm. Every part of the hotel is stunning. The grounds are so vast that they have pretty golf carts that can take you around. The two restaurants I tried- Mekong and The Beach Restaurant were very good, Mekong's food/drinks/service was the better of the two in my opinion but the view at the Beach Restaurant was amazing. The Spa at Anantara is also stupendous with excellent treatments. The 'wet' spa areas are split by gender which is to be expected. Anantara is not cheap at all but you get what you pay for and it's worth it. I would only say that the mini bar is unreasonably expensive but of course, you don't have to use it!

A very private apartment residences. Signature Anantara experience. Two pools to offer and a private beach. Apartments are super spacious. Must recommended for when in Dubai.

Well thought, well designed, well made, well maintained, well supported by well mannered and well behaved staff, for an experience well worth having.

Doesn't feel like you're in Dubai. Once you enter this place, It feels like you're in a different world surrounded by greenery everywhere.

The North (and probably South) Residences are part of main Anantara hotel complex, but are private properties that seem to sometimes be rented or AirBnb'd. They have full access to the pools, beach and restaurants of the Hotel.

My apartment was stunning, with panoramic views over the Palm. Quiet and comfortable, with a front desk for help and security. It is a taxi ride to virtually everywhere from there.

The view is absolutely stunning. Reception and concierge are very helpful and friendly. Love the apartment
