Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

Anantara is always a good experience. This one was a little dated but service was up to usual anantara standard which is amazing. Food was also great, breakfast spread etc - all good! Spa was exceptionally good

We had some events to hold in Anantara, I gotta admit, everything was fantastic, the food was amazing, and the service! Incredible service! Azeez is literally the most amazing person, professional and helpful person you’ll ever find! The way he handles everything and makes sure that everyone is supported and cared for is incredible, truly!

The visit to the Mekong was just great. The food was simply fantastic and the waiters super nice. Especially Rahmatulla fulfilled all our wishes. The Mekong is highly recommended. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful holiday in the hotel. For breakfast there was always a rich buffet with several stations. The food was always fresh and lovingly prepared. There were also live cooking stations where dishes were prepared to order.
For lunch and dinner you could choose between a buffet and several restaurants with different culinary focuses. We always enjoyed and enjoyed the “Mekong” very much.
The staff throughout the hotel were always very attentive, friendly and helpful. The service from Sarani, Pavani, Albin and Husi at breakfast and the team at “Mekong” was particularly polite and courteous.
In addition to a private beach, there was also a pool and several lagoons open 24/7 for swimming and relaxing. All facilities were very well maintained and beautifully laid out.
Overall, a very nice stay and an absolute recommendation.

Everything was amazing. Crescendo restaurant Saturday brunch was more than perfect, the waiter was so professional his name is Ajith.

Crescendo brunch- very nice and lots of choice with quality food, hops and grapes. Thanks to Ajith for our spot on service!

The gym has a lot of outdated equipment, a lot of broken equipment.
I ask the management to go to the gym. A lot of people walk. And put some tables or something for personal things like telephones, people have to put them on the floor.

Fantastic resort, beach restaurant is super nice, cafe also very good. Beach front villas and service team are super helpful.

Stale food at their Thai food. The chicken was marinated in sugar and was very sweet was not cooked properly. I would like to add on no such Thai food is cooked in this manner in Thailand. It was sweet like crazy. It totally ruined our day and celebration. The cooks that u may have may be nepalis who know nothing about any cuisine and not only sugar but there was artificial sugar that was added to the sauce. Actually the food was absolutely sick.

Beautifull Place. Dream Resort. Staff Was Brilliant Customer Service 5 stars. And Room Service @ room number 112 i forgot his name which i shoudnt really.he made our stay very comfirtable. Thank You Anantara For Making Our Trip Awsome.will definetly Come Back Again

Great shisha place directly on the beach, very warm service and welcoming always!:) The villas/ rooms in the labib is a must try - we wen tiden swimming in the lagoon late in the night as the lagoon is connected to the “rooms”. Very romantic and quiet.

Klasse Hotel, sehr zuvorkommender Service, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die komplette Anlage ist ein Traum und einen Besuch wert. Für uns wird dies hier nicht der letzte Aufenthalt gewesen sein.

Great place for family relaxing or s day off on the seaside's cafes. Great amenities and delicious sour dough pizza in the Beach House cafe.
