Lovely calm atmosphere despite the busy mall. Ivy is such a sweetheart. Very welcoming and lovely smile. Turkish coffee is a must for coffee lovers and croissant zaatar is the best.

I have been a client at Angelina for years but decided to finally put a review since this the least i can do for an exceptional service and food. Special thanks goes to Ivy my waitress!

This is my first time visiting angelina (Dubai mall) the food was excellent and very fulfilling, the place was amazing and what made our experience better was our waiter Ivy, she made sure all of our requests were provided and she was smiling the entire time definitely will visit again

Excellent food and service from everyone despite being very busy, they accomodated us in a short period. Tiramisu and hot chocolate strongly recommended

NEVER COMING AGAIN. Entering at 12: 55 and coming for breakfast, after 20mn seated, refusing to serve breakfast saying it stopped at 1pm… (we just wanted eggs, what’s happening after 1pm to not be able to cook eggs) very disappointing as we came here with the family. Waiter and Manager absolutely not helpful and was quite indifferent to the situation.

Don't waste your money and time here! Such a disguisting mocktail, I asked the waitress for what she would recommend and this was their beststeller, disgusting! The macarons? How can they even use the word 'paris' with their name. The macarons in Belgium are much better, for this price, you'll get much better quality. They think they're elite, but they're nothing else than elite dressed cheap quality. I've asked the bill to times he just referred to the cashier. I went and asked the cashier if this was really their bestseller, she said yes. I said it was disgusting, she didn't say a word and was very unfriendly! Very bad service and quality!

Extremely slow staff. A lot of waiters who don't wait on you but rush past you with no intention of taking your order unless asked for 3 times. Passion fruitmojito was nice though. The cotton candy on the strawberry mojito was subpar. The drink it self was good. Food was good. But on the whole I was a bit sad, because I felt more like a customer and less like a guest.

Angelina for me it’s premium French pastry in dubai mall, quality of the food just yummy, the service so quick and the staffs are friendly, the atmosphere it self took me to the days in paris

The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was good, Breakfast and desserts were amazing, but the espresso was not the best and the macaroons were chunky. Otherwise, the place was nice and I will return!

I love this place and ambiance, so romantic and the food is great. We tried the new menu and it was amazing. Thank you to the welcoming staff for their service even it was busy they did their best

The place used to be very nice and excellent for friends gathering.
Recently was spoiled by cheap/bad service specifically from new Arab’s waiters.

A marvellous parisian cafe at the start of the fashion avenue in Dubai mall. It's small but cute with primarily focussing on desserts and drinks. Costly but worth it.
Great service with style and attention.
I had the ever popular hot chocolate here and at 41 dhs it's quite pricey, but once you start sipping it with the freshest creams you will know the value of it. Absolutely top notch. It comes in a deep porcelain teapot and you need to pour in the cup. A choco cookie comes with it and the aforesaid cream.
I had 4 macarons also with it, which are 11 dhs apiece but if you take four of then together then it's 42 dhs.
I had the coffee, rose, raspberry and vanilla.
They have a variety of items too. And on entrance they have a large display of the dessert items.
A lovely seating area with privacy and artistice interior as well as an open area in the mall is also available.
A great overall experience and highly recommended

The millefeuille typical French dessert is not fresh - you can see that it isn’t a dessert from the day. So so disappointing from such a well known place

Delighted to sit and feel like I was back in Paris. The fondue we ordered was delicious and the coffee was good as well. The atmosphere could take you back to the time of king Louis if you're in to that kind of thing, it's beautiful if only they have outside dining, it will be fantastic during cold weather. Overall, we love the experience, keep those delicious, delightful cakes coming. A thumbs up for Angelina Dubai Mall. Must try.

Nice atmosphere and delicious food and coffee but the order takes time for 20 minutes for French toast.

The deserts are tastless and overpriced. I wasn’t satisfied at all and regret spending my money on it.

Nice resturant and beautiful ambience, soft music reminds you of Paris. I orderd French Toast with Cappuccino. The toast tast was nice even though the sids of the toast was over done and was crispy somehow it hurt my gum. While i loved the coffee tast very good

The cafe angelina is a wonderful quiet place to serve first class cappuccino and have delicious food overlooking the round in the mall it is a relaxing situation

The worst experience. First, there is no one at the door to greet you. I ordered date pudding which take 15 minutes to prepare so, I asked for drinks to be served with the date pudding. However, I got the date pudding and I waited another 10 minutes for the drinks but still no one showed up with our drinks. After this long waiting we left and only paid for the pudding. The waiter did not bother to say sorry nor the manager he just heard us and said give them their money back but, I didn’t get any apology. I came to this cafe after a long day of shopping expecting the extraordinary given the high rating and its popularity but, instead I left feeling very disappointed and frustrated.

L’endroit est magnifique la carte similaire à celle de Paris.
J’ai testé la crème brûlée pistache mais je ne la recommande pas car trop sucrée à mon goût.
Le café est correct.
La crème glacée Dubaï Paries était très bonne.
Les prix sont excessifs.
Compter 35 euros pour le capuccino - thé - crème glacée et la crème brûlée!
Par contre les portions m’ont l’air plus généreuses qu’en France.

The place is amazing and the menu is similar to the Paris one.
I tried the pistachio crème brûlée but I don’t recommend it as it was too sweet.
Coffee was ok.
The ice cream dubai paris was amazing.
Around 140 aed for capuccino - tea - ice cream and the crème brûlée.
But it seems that the sizes of the meals are bigger than in France!

It's an oasis. A lovely, delightful place to sit in an otherwise crowded chaotic mall. My wife went shopping and I had a relaxing time here reading my book, enjoying their excellent and recommended dessert, 'Paris, New York' with a nice cup of coffee. It is a bit pricey though.
