Anjappar Chettinad Indian Restaurant

Selling tehri in name of biryani, if you want to go for biryani then this place is not a good option.

So disorganised.
Took over 20 minutes to get served tasteless “fast food”. Few folk standing around and others run off their feet.

FC 2 used to be great. This is the only place left there so maybe they see no need to provide a decent service any more. I won’t be coming back.

Specifically Jebel Ali Port branch. Omg. When they are good they are good. But when they are bad they a really bad. Never answer the phone, food late by at least an hour. Cold and only 10 minutes from my place. And before I get told to go myself, I can't. Zomato can't even get through to them. If you're luck the food is good but don't bank on them delivering on time, if at all.

If you like to taste the same from India than its not the place. When compare to Anjappar restaurant in India the taste here is average. Not to the expectation, may be of myself tasted in Indian branch. Otherwise, wide variety on menu like Briyani, Meals, Varity Dosa and etc, My favorite is Chicken / Mutton Non-Veg meals. This is my best restaurant in Jebel Ali are for south Indians. Staffs are nice.

Worst ever service!
Unfortunately they have to respect the customers and understand professionalism to deliver food on time. If not on time, at-least should inform the customer and try to deliver ASAP.

I ordered brunch at 10: 30 AM considering let them take their time to deliver, unfortunately they haven’t delivered my food until now which is 01: 07 PM. That is how many hours late? Will I receive my food for dinner at-least?

I tried to call them many times, but never responded. I wish they deliver food on time and keep the name on their brand.

Advice to everyone out there,
They don’t have a proper management to take care you as a customer. Still knowing that if you like their food, visit them and take away your food. Then you could save at-least two hours!

Delicious South Indian cuisine, overall quality, quantity and price is okay.
Variety green chutney and crispy vada was awesome. Appreciate their efforts for operating during pandemic and serving food in hygienic way.

Hi please note i have orderd lime juice and not green colour mint syrup water mix. Try to add atleast lemon so we can call as lemon juice.

I have ordered food early morning around 9 am but the tele caller guy refuse to give delivery back side just 100 meters away from the restaurant. He is just spoiling the business i don't understand how anjapar team hired this kind of lazy people in food industry. Very very bad service.

I ordered food at 8am and received by 10am very bad in delivery service.food taste was ok but i am not happy with delivery.

Restaurant with South Indian option in the food court mainly popular for its Biryani. Onething to note is that the Quality of food is inconsistent sometimes and varies on a day to day basis. Overall the Menu prices are reasonable.
