We moved with Annex Relocations from Dubai to Jaipur, India. All I can say is best service we ever received from the entire team and Ms. Dekssha who’s handling our shipment. Thank you to entire team.

Unfortunate experience dealing with Annex Shipping in July 2023 and our issue is not resolved until today (February 2024) - they are simply unresponsive, to all our emails and messages, and are not willing to comment or find a suitable solution for the damage they did from their end.

They promised us a competitive rate, shipping insurance and professional packing but we honestly got none. The rate increased drastically from our initial agreement because their team is unprofessional in optimizing box space, they ended up adding so many unnecessary boxes. They did not use any bubble wrap or protective packaging for our artwork and delicate glass items. When we asked for bubble wrap they said they don’t use it. Most framed artwork and canvases were delivered with damaged corners. The major issue is the damage of our digital stationary bike- it arrived with a dented / melted screen and a damaged digital system. The insurance they provided did not cover any of our damages. They didn’t even give us any information about the insurance deductibles until after we made the payment and shipped our items.

If you are looking for a supportive shipping company that will be responsive if anything goes wrong, after you settle your full payment, and will admit the errors from their end with a suitable compensation despite all the trouble you’ve been through in dealing with their unprofessionalism, then Annex Shipping is not the company you should work with.

I usually don’t write reviews unless i have had an exceptional experience. Moving is never easy and we moved internationally - from Dubai to the Texas, US.
I contacted Annex and 2 other relocation companies. Diksha came to do a survey and she explained everything in detail. She was very professional and courteous and answered all our questions. From there on, it was smooth sailing.

Diksha was managing the process from there on and she went above and beyond to help us. There were some changes along the way in terms of things that needed to be packed.we ended up going with more stuff than we anticipated. She was very accommodating and really went out of her way to make it completely hassle-free. It was very easy to communicate with her and she gave me really good advice which helped me save a lot of money. She was very involved in the process and the whole process was a breeze!

Annex handled my household contents in a 20ft container to Milano, Italy which we split between storage and delivery to italy I received very helpful advice from Ms. Diksha on the preliminary paperwork from team and the delivery to the store and my flat went really well. After submitting a request on a removals comparison site, Annex Relocations were the only company to get in touch personally vs sending a leaflet in the post. They were really adaptable, being able to provide an accurate quote using photos / videos of our house rather than an in person survey as we weren't living there. Then when our completion date moved 3 times, they were patient and accommodating in rearranging. Diksha & team who helped us pack and move were incredibly professional, friendly and efficient and a real pleasure to deal with.

Excellent work on both ends from Dubai to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Packing and removal was efficient and well done. Movers were friendly and professional. Delivery of shipment was earlier than expected and delivery was perfect - no damaged goods and friendly guys (even without a lift). Very grateful!

Our relocation experience was totally stress free and managed by professionals. The packing was done with care, dispatch of container done promptly, and we were kept informed of the tracking process. Clearance with customs was smooth, and delivery from arrival at port to London was done within 3 days, at exactly the time stipulated. Annex Relocations were extremely professional, and for our move to Dubai from the Doha, Qatar everything went smoothly.
