Apple Dubai Mall

This is probably the Apple store with the most stunning view. I was impressed very much by the lakes and the buildings.

A sour experience by an employee named Peace turned into a great one thanks to the expertise & professionalism by Ravi. I had gone to the store on the launch day of the new M3 MacBooks. As usual the store was buzzing with activity. Ravi gave me a run-down of the product I was interested in, and 10 minutes later, everything was done.

Ali at the watch strap table was absolutely unprofessional. Kept entertaining other customers on purpose even though it was our turn and he started engaging with us. Spoke rudely with my wife. He prefers some nationalities clearly, not all. First time in so many visits did I find such an unprofessional salesperson.

Rude staff waited long time to get help then i ask for manager name fox to help and complain about it he was even ruder

The only reason ill never buy an iphone or ipad anymore is there service center takes to long to fix and long and if u come early on ur apointment and there is no 1 wating they tell you to wait. Workers will be chating all the time

I bought a Mac in 2019, today I try to call the available phone to review my invoice and I can't get through!

An amazing showroom of Apple products.the largest in the UAE. It's well-arranged and even more spacious.

Even after appointment i did not find the product i was looking for disappointing as they not mentioned this earlier wasted my time

There is a long queue to enter the store if you are planning to visit it keep patience and have some extra time store is good

Had an issue with my phone which required a urgent assistance, I had a chance to work with Nabeel who helped me with my issues very quick, professional and efficient! Thanks for a great service and help! Shukran!

مزدحم ويوجد الكثير من الاخطاء طلبت سماعه يسار عطوني اليمين يوجد تعقيد ولو كان الطلب بسيط عدت لتبديل السماعه ووجب علي الوقوف في الانتظار ولا توجد مواعيد من الموقع وتم ارسالي اكثر من مره الى الطابق العلوي

A bit crowded but i imagine it's like everywhere, prepare to wait a bit to enter 10-30 minutes depending if it's rush hour or not

IF There is 0.01 star, i would give to this store. Unprofessional Staff, Bad Quality of Pro Max 12 which freezes alone and very bad service. I dont recommend the phone, either the service center

Bad service we waited too much time for a seller and when we went to search for one he didn't want to answer questions so I ran out of this shop

The best Apple store in Dubai, located @ d 1st floor of Dubai Mall near to Musical Fountain Area. All Apple Laptops, iPhones and accessories are available for physical checking and purchase here. Any items which are not readily available in stock can be booked for direct home delivery later. Any unsatisfactory/ defective Laptops or iPhones can be returned within the specified time duration confirmed during the purchase. The nearest parking lot in Dubai Mall is 'Fashion Parking'.

Since last month, I've been having problems with my smartphone, such as being unable to hear who is calling me and experiencing reboot of my network/signals every 3-4 hours. So,  went to the Apple Store on November 7th with an appointment and met a guy from Belarus, I believe his name was Jonathan, and they changed the speakers/screen and it worked fine until November 28th. Again, I was having similar problems for the past 3-4 days. I contacted CS visa chat, and the agent named Agene was assisting me over chat for 30+ minutes. After each message, he would put me on hold for 2 minutes. Oh my gosh, it was so disheartening. Then today morning again I took appointment and visited Dubai Mall Apple store- I met a guy with wearing glasses, who had small tattoos on his hand, I sensed that he didn't want to assist me, however he took my phone said looks like there is some issue with software and said he don't see any other issues with phone. Reset it and it should work fine. Come back again and if you FACE same issue and if you come back again we will keep your phone for 7 days for observation and if only we have replacement will give you another phone to use for meantime but cant guarantee. I really felt unwelcomed.

They have discounts for college students and workers in government companies

I like their special iPhones! They can shoot all the living and non-living things you can see with your eyes, Can make calls to not only other iPhones but also other android phones as well, Can hear songs and can use as a torch, Wow my ear like these!
Best thing is that you can use it to throw stray dogs if you can't find stones!

I like going to places that are about the business of protecting me as much as they are about marketing and selling to me. This is such a place and I appreciate that and the staff was warm, friendly and helpful

Very bad treatment one lady she is nerves and talking highly and stop stop not do not.totally I'm not coming back again never and forever ot recommended

Its on a good location but always overload staff is not helping at all they always want u to delay and just removing their burden.

Very worst experience ever, i dropped my Iphone XS in water and display went black screen, I still got my warranty in date but the apple service team in dubai mall refused to take my phone in warranty and they explained few kinder garden stories that you cannot use inside the water and if it is dead we are not responsible and a nice example they explained me Is if you buy a car & hit a tree & you die the car company is not responsible. Good example but still they didn’t advertise to hit the car in a tree but you guys advertising that you can use in water for 30min in all kind of liquids. You guys 1200$ bucks is huge for us but it wont be loss for you.

One of the worst service for warranty, they are wasting other people times, they don't care about customers, they have very bad service, last time my macbook was with them for more than 6 months, now I have a airpod and macbook for repair 2 days I am going there in early morning till afternoon, but they didn't do anything for me. I am really tired to go there, its better I through out my apple products to the garbage.

Great place, a typical apple store actually with supportive staff, although I do get lost sometimes unable to finde any free staff member to assist me, but that rarely happens

Very nice store, and nice stuff. They organized a course of 1 hour to teach you about how to make photo and video on the terrace! Very friendly stuff and very communicative! And the store has seats where you can stay.

Store is beautiful with helpful employees (5 star) -but it is absolutely difficult to reach the store on phone which remains busy always-and there is no way to send a mail in "donotreply"address. Unexpected communication channel with a company which is role model in the world! (Communication rating 2 stars)

لاجل الصيانه لابدان تنتظر في صف طويل والحضور يكون صباحاً وبعد ان يضاف موعد يحدد لك وقت حضور اخر بعد الظهر حتى تشرح مشكلتك وتقوم بتسليمهم الجهاز توافق على اسعار التصليح ومن ثم تأخذ مو عد في المساء لأجل تستلم الجهاز

I can see here useless employee going around store but nobody to help only asking our problem but not ready give solution
It happens lake of smart work

"today at apple" these programs they conduct are really useful. Especially the programs for children.

Introduction to coding and other topics covered come handy and children enjoy the way the program is conducted

Worst customer service from an apple store. I had to wait until two staff members finished talking about which shampoo they use before i could even dare to interrupt and ask a question on a product.

I pass by Apple store in Mall of Dubai. I just having a questions. It’s really cozy busy place. It’s take us a time to have free staff to ask quick and small question. Place is cool. Staff are helpful, but needs extra staff.

I dont trust apple any more, They just want to take money, I was there trying to install a new softwere on my iphone after the old one eith all pics and data just been destroyed.the specialest told me that no way to fix it and he offerd me a new phone for 2100 Dirhams.and apple will take the old one. I went to a small mobile fix stor and he installed new software for 100 dirhams only.this is ofcourse not okey.apple is a bad company,

A visually impressive store! They've got 2 floors and all the apple you can get. The staff are really friendly and you just tend to drift off into a friendly conversation with them, they have classes on some days too for stuff like drawing and music creating and it's really fun to join in on. Buying something just takes about 2 minutes no matter how full it is, really fast compared to normal tech stored you visit. There's also an amazing view of the Burj khalifa and the fountain from the balcony. I would recommend you go here just for the view because it's definitely worth it!

Lets describe this is in apple way - Amazing, Magnificent, Mind blowing are words used by apple while launching new devices, they do not amaze me a lot but this store does.
Spread across two levels give clear views of the dubai fountain and burj khalifa.

Lower level is retail of apple products, upper level we can have any discussions with guest speakers or its a seating area.

Store is good but sales persons (South African, some Philippines) are not good. And I mean it. They are too proudy. Whatever we will ask they will reply in very harsh/ bad manner or they want to shiw that they are more worth then we. I went to buy 2 watch and 1 phone but looking at his attitude. Prefered to buy it from other store. Apple need to see this seriously. Last time I have been attended by some local who was very good and answered all our query. Infact went to see laptop and came with laptop, iphone and watch but this time it was horrible. I will suggest others to go to other store if they want to be attended nicely.
