Horrible customer service, endless hidden and murky fees, and unequivocal lack of corporate professionalism… they will rip you off, steal your money and absolve themselves of any of the responsibility. If you need to move goods as a business, I highly advise that you stay away from Apple Shipping unless you’re looking to knowingly sabotage your company. Stay safe and stay away.

Do not trust this company.when shipping from overseas make sure that the agent or shipper is not using this company at all. They stop you form being able to pick up your items and then charge you everyday for storage including the weekends and the free days they gave are charged back to you. Really terrible company with bad customer service.

Aslo Bad experience, they keep on adding extra charges. They say pay and we will refund you later then they didnt response!

Wow! Far from transparent. Very questionable business from my point of view
