Unprofessional. Fraud. Did not even come for the last/pending servicing, even after several follow ups.
They assumed that their consumer was out of UAE, what a fake excuse.
Mr. Rao Mohammad, the point of contact came flying to finalize the deal and ZERO after sales service after that.
Doesn't even deserve 1star.
If any one knows where to buy the filters, please do comment/reply. I will change them myself.

Worst service ever
Nothing professional at all
No proper customer support
They coming very very late without informing
And when i was complaining he told me we will make your test VIP and it will show within 8: 9 hours
And it passed more than 15 hours and it didn’t show yet and i told them many times that my brother is so sick we need to know the result ASASP with no actions
Really worst experience ever
