It seems the new management is an absolute failure …after being told to expect a response in 4 days, it is now 4 weeks and there is complete silence from AIC…. They lack basic courtesy of a response…the earlier team had genuinely tried to help my case …

Totally in professional company, they take money and later put blame on their staff. Even this place is not safe to visit. Specially for women.

One of the biggest scam company i have ever came across i applied for a startup visa for uk running from pillar to post i received an endorsement letter which turned out to be a fraud one and it has been ages since i am asking a refund of 24k Aed and there is no one to respond on 6 reminders mails that i have sent when u call nobody is there to answer when the refund will be when you visit the office nobody is there to take the initiative to get my own money back.
I am just giving one star to the company cause they served me water when i visit rest all is a scam

Its more then one year i have given them and their job is today, tomorrow.
The person in pictures is director of company, since that he saying today i m in meetings, i m out of office, i ill call you back, i ill check with accounts and many many excuses….

I m just tired of calling them and giving them time to refund my full amount…

Now i would like to ask UAE government to please support me I can’t face these frauds any more, as i had full confidence in UAE government and police i did this application in Emirates else i had choice in many many neighborhoods and other countries also.

Need yours support to take my refund from this company….

Awareness to government of Emirates and people who are welling to avail the Aqua Investment services.
I applied for UK visa since a year ago and till now every time they are making new excuses for my refund even.
I really got tired, last time i spent i come to their office they promised me to refund in 30 days but till now its almost 50 days they dont replay my messages, neither calls.

So please i post this only to help others to be careful while dealing with this aqua, as you ill get headaches. Even their director Mr Unni is not truthful becoz he him self promised me many times but nothing

Till now as they promising me I didn’t ask UAE government for support, even though I believe %100 in dubai police since they have helped me last time and got my refund from a rent car company.

Now, i ill wait till last minutes to refund me.

Everyone please ask them to refund me share this for support.

Me and my family received visa after 3 months of process time through aqua immigration firm. The initial meetings were very detailed and I did my own research on the visa category as well to verify. It's worst consultancy. Please don’t go for it.

Employees are not having enough knowledge about immigration process and they will try to sell properties because they are not authorized to do UK Immigration.
When you will start they will ask you for more documents which are not in your range, overall no positive response, so don't proceed with Aqua.

The best immigration company I came across in Dubai. I had some bad experience from one another company in Media City. They cheated me by taking money from me and never met the assurance. Aqua Investments lawyers stand apart from these kinda cheaters. They never gave me false information. They were genuine by providing correct information and they delivered what they assured me.
I am really happy with them.

I visited them 4 months ago and I was really amaze to see that a PROPERTY (Real Estate) COMPANY is offering Immigration to the UK. I had a brief meeting and they didn't even once spoke anything regarding Property (unlike what the website proposes). This actually made me a bit skeptical. During the meeting they do not have any evidences to show that they are authentic. Later an email sent to me along with the requirement of the documents and they started calling me on a continuous basis. When I asked them to provide me the UAE Trade License to prove if they are actually authorized or not, they never replied on the email. I followed up 2-3 times via email asking them to provide the document but no one reverted. I don't think they are authorized to practice as UK advisers. Be very very aware of the infant companies in the market with zero credibility. See the screenshot of my email correspondence with so-called immigration their Adviser.

One day they send me a mail regarding their services. I was really surprised at the ease they explained the whole process and clarified my queries during my meeting with the consultant.
Later same day, I visited there office situated near FAB Metro station. While entering to the office, i felt very positive. The biggest office I have ever seen in Dubai. Very professional and friendly team.

Worst agency I have ever seen. They are cheaters. They took all my money and cheated me. While I am asking questions they becoming so rude. They gave me false information in the beginning. Once I signed my contract and paid money, they came up with so many false reasons to make things lagging. Please do not get trapped with these guys.
