The owner Adel was absolutely amazing! Super responsive willing to help in any way and super accommodating! His attitude is also reflected in his staff as they were all super and made my daughter’s birthday so much fun! Highly recommend the place for 2 reasons 1) amazing service from the team 2) and the amount of fun the kids had!

We celebrated my son's 10th birthday there, all kids had an amazing time.
The Aqua Parks Leisure Team arranged a cute set up for eating and cake cutting.
Washrooms not too far away and since it's by the beach the kids continue having fun with beach football. Was a great birthday.

Aqua Parks Leisure is by far our most favourite place to go for a fun day out in Dubai. My 3 & 5 year olds absolutely LOVE it & I do too! The lifeguards are SO friendly, kind & great with the kids. The owner remembers us & makes us feel so welcome. I can’t recommend Aqua Parks enough! We’re having my soon to be 6 year olds birthday there…can’t wait to share the experience with his friends!

This place is amazing! The kids loved it and spent all their energy in the obstacle course. Now they want to keep coming. That's why i love Dubai, it has the best attractions for the family. Great experience during the whole process thanks to the staff, and very safe too.

Is not worthy of any star, The business owner is unprofessional, yelling at children and staff members around.

It was one of the worst experiences that we had.everyone was swearing using F words as well as some arabic offensive language, not to mention screaming at the life guard both my kids got bumped by others there is no safety measures what so ever the manager to mention with zero curtsey screaming at kids screaming at everyone, unprofessional, I don't recommend to throw 70 aed on it

I was there earlier today asking about fees and Entrance for people of determination.

First off, the man I was speaking to who was sitting with his feet up on a chair, stayed in the same position. We're on a beach, but if you know a thing or two about etiquete you'd fix your positioning before speaking to a client.
When I asked about special needs entrance, he asked in this passive aggressive tone "what do you mean special? Like on the spectrum? " To which I replied "yes"

It's a wonderful idea to treat people, especially those who have specific cases, with respect.

And I'd strongly recommend you urge your employees to sit properly when speaking to someone, not with their feet in the persons face. It's the ABC's of etiquete

I'm overwhelmed with love and gratitude for all the birthday management. I am so blessed to have so many thoughtful greetings that (aqua parks leisure staffs) you guys give it to my kids and parents. 5 star service. They will exceed all your expectations. We had our son’s 12th bday party and they went above and beyond to make it super special for Kian. A rare example of excellent service and family friendly pricing in Dubai.

I had my sons birthday party here & I have not stopped hearing how much fun everyone’s kids had at the party! This place was sO much fun! & the staff are the best I have ever experienced. They went out of their way in every aspect.from keeping the kids entertained to even helping me set up with the biggest smiles & such kindness. Phenomenal! 5 stars well deserved!

Booked it for one hour for 30kids & 20 parents & we ALL enjoyed our time. Seriously one of the few places where the adults can enjoy their time with their kids!

We celebrated my son’s birthday at Aqua Parks Leisure. The place is very clean, the staff are super friendly and my son and his friends had such a wonderful time!

My grandkid and friends went here recently and the place is absolutely amazing! Staff so friendly and accomodating, the manager Adel is so professional and their cashier Tamer as well as the lifeguards- everyone was so nice and tried to make sure the children were safe and having fun thank you so much we all had a wonderful time and hope to be returning back again soon!

Had a blast! This fun obstacle course took me back to feeling like a kid again! The best of it was its extremely low price!

We celebrated my daughter's bday at this place and the kids absolutely had a blast. The water height is about 110cm and is temperature controlled. I purchased vouchers from kidszapp though I recommend to check if the place is booked for private party's before purchase.
They don't have food options or place to change around the premise. It was a busy evening at beach and even at the park. The guys managing the ticketing were helpful. Adel the owner is also cooperative.

One experience that you should not miss if you are here in dubai. Went in with my family and I should say the staffs are super friendly. They were always there for the kids, explain them on how to pass the obstacles, a helping hand at the monkey bar etc.
I would suggest to warm up before attempting these, I had few falls passing those obstacles in a fun way.
As the weather is getting slightly better, we have started to explore some of the outdoor activities in the city.

It’s open from 8.30 until sunset and priced at Aed 60/- for adults and kids at the venue but if you book through Kidzapp you get it for Aed 50/- only.

You can also avail the after school promo from @kidzappuae during Sunday to Wednesday (2.30-5.30) for just Aed 50 + an hour free as well.

There's a washroom and changing area in a minutes walk. Would suggest to come in your swimming costume directly, carry a large towel to change after your experience and snacks if kids are there.

المكان يتعامل بطريقة بدائية جدا. حيث لا يوجد كاشير ولا اماكن للانتظار او لوضع الاغراض اثناء اللعب. ومن الممكن ان تصل الى هناك وتجد المكان محجوز ولا تستطيع الدخول. او ممكن لا يسمح لك بالتمديد اذا اردت ساعة اضافية لوجود حجز.

Hosted a birthday party for 8 year olds there. Super friendly staff and a super fun course.yes I went in as well and felt like. A big baby. A super fun family activity.

The water is cold. Which was so welcome considering the scorching heat

Wanted to thank amazing experience of Aqua Parks leisure team was giving us. Our smaller kids were supervised professionally with friendly life guards helping them climb the obstacles safely! The day was full of fun and with their friendly team the day was success! I can definitely recommend for all families looking for a fun day!

I would like to thank the residents for this wonderful work and their beautiful treatment with people, especially their dealings with children and my children. They enjoyed playing a lot.
And the place is very safe for children in Life Jacket and Life Guard too
They watch the children continuously and are with them moment by moment with continuous success, God willing

Visited here yesterday with my son and his friends and they all had such a blast! The single most notable thing about it was how AMAZING and friendly the staff were! The lifeguards don’t just stand around they were all actively making sure the children were having a good time safely and were making sure they were drinking water at regular intervals so they remain well hydrated whilst playing! The park has lots of fun play pieces and is set up like an obstacle course but they can play with whatever they like and the staff were giving tips to the children on how to use the pieces in the most fun and safest way. We also loved that the park is not in the sea because the saltwater can really irritate those with eczema and other sensitive skin conditions- the park is in a massive pool- absolute genius! Tickets are really cheap too! Best play date ever and I usually hate beaches but I was so impressed and the kids were all SO thankful and happy at the end it was such a rewarding fun day thank you! Highly highly recommended without reservations!

Zero Safety for kids, only 1 instructor in the water with more than 10 kids
Not sure how Dubai Municipality allow such unsafe business for kids average of 3 years old
Not recommended if you want to leave you kid alone.

Great fun for bigger kids. The pool's rather deep, ca. 120cm. They will give them vests, but they should be good swimmers anyway.
