Arabesque Cafe

I dined at the Arabesque restaurant this evening, and it was a wonderful experience, allowing me to appreciate the exquisite design and ambiance. The staff was welcoming and made an effort to provide excellent service. However, I believe that with increased focus on guest service, further training in product knowledge, and updating the outdated furniture, the restaurant has the potential to significantly improve. Enhancing the quality of the dishes and expanding the menu selection would also help to elevate the restaurant to the next level.

Need better air purifier, charcoal smile is strong, shisha good, staff helpful, not good food.

Nice place but they need to fix the ventilation big time, it’s like sitting in a smoke hole

New Review Dated August 2023: the new management is awful. They took away my water because they forgot to place it on the bill. Very cheap way of thinking. When they got it back he got the POS machine with him asking if I'll pay for the water now. What a shame my God! Keep on mind two juices and two shishas with water is 200 aed which was paid minutes before they took away the water they forgot to charge for. Very cheap mentality and I'm never coming back here. Also the new staff seem clueless and jever smile, i was glad that only two staff from the previous owner remained the rest are not oriented. They lost a loyal customer.

والأهم من كل هذا أخلاق الموظفين! تاكل القلب من رقيهم بالتعامل وأدبهم، حتى إنهم يسولفون معانا ويضحكونا صراحه مره أدب وأخلاق حلوة. بس للأسف حاشتني دوخة من كثر الشيشة وطلعت قبل لا أتهنى بالجلسة بالمكان. بس اذا زرت دبي مره الثانية اكيد بجي هالمكان الحلو️

Service is very bad, staff talking to each other very loud and not giving attention to me even if i call them. I need to wait that they finish talking and look around them to find that i’m trying to order.

It’s not the first time, it’s actually third.

Place is fair in general. But the food is bad and if they stop serving these highly priced not tasty sandwiches will be much better. Coffee is great. Need more ventilation. Prices need to be revised i think

Prices on the little high side but they have some deals during daytime

Average shesha price is high, maybe to compensate for rent as they are on one of the main roads

Good atmosphere, cosy place, employees are polite and freindly. Only when crowded, employees tend to forget orders.

A good fairly cheap place to slouch out while playing cards or backgammon and smoking shisha.
A little bit crowded and the passages between the tables are narrow and the chairs are not exactly comfortable and the shisha smoke can get really thick in times of high customer number.

I visited the place with a group of friends to have shisha, drinks and some light sandwiches. Overall experience is average, nothing really special.
Parking: plenty of space available and easily accessible
Atmosphere: nice, but vantilation is bad for such decorated place
Shisha: fine, but serving fire was delayed most of the time, which negatively impacted the experience
Drinks: was ok. Again, nothing special
Food: sandwiches presentation was good, but again average and nothing special
Prices: are acceptable, not expensive nor cheap

It is so far good. I hope they maintain. This is my second visit. Affordable prices for all the boys and girls. Single or married Who wants to take a quick bite and have shisha at affordable prices. I suggest them to have more live music or energetic music so the person does not feel asleep because of this much calming atmosphere.maybe others visitors like it so calm.

Amazing place for group of friends to enjoy, delicious sandwiches, milkshakes, which is mouth watering, most importantly staff is very friendly n enthusiastic loved the interior decoration would like to visit next time with group of friends

Best shisha in town, they need more variety of food on the menu or to contract with the nearby restaurants same as what Kana Cafe offer. Overall

Good atmosphere. I had the daily dish, delicious broccoli soup but the main course was less tasty and not wortging such a price

المكان مقبول ولكن لا تأتي لتشاهد اي مباراة، ستغادر دون مشاهدة دقيقة كاملة لان الاشتراك مسروق على ما يبدو ولن تستمتع بأي ، مباراة، عيب على هيك مطعم مثله البيت الشامي.
If you plan to come to enjoy any match then this is the last place to consider as it seems not to be an original subscription and its hanging all time.

Good for friend gathering but they need to work on air ventilation specially evening time.food is below average and no much dished to get.
Staff are not friendly specially if you are not booked.

Worst place to visit, I went two times one time morning and one time evening, let's start with morning time, the shesha man is so rude and unprofessional, he doesn't know how to talk or treat customers he asking some customers for personal favors, I think the owner doesn't care about services even no manager to talk with, evening time also bad as the place full of smoke and I don't think they have air- freshers and I think the carbon level is high maybe one day the municipality will receive a complaint and take action anyways I don't Recommend this place at all, don't waste your time and come. Nice place for Shisha and watching sports, the Wi-Fi internet is very very slow, the dessert was not great. The location is tricky you need to pay attention to GPS directions in last few minutes. The staff is very friendly and professional and the place is suitable for groups.

The cafe is also ideal for watching football games as well as a nice hangout.

Great atmosphere. Great food. Friendly and helpful staff. Good shisha. Charcoal expires quickly, needing constant attention from servers. Overall, great place. P.s. They make really good shakes.

Everything in Arabesque is great except the loud songs at night, i recommend to replace these songs by music or Om Kolthoum or Al Andaleeb al asmar

A cozy place you could quite easily make your regular. Staff are relatively quick on the feet, know the guests and make you feel at home. Food is good and well presented.a bit more variety would be nice but that can come with time. No outdoor seating so it can get a bit smokey inside when its busy but definitely not to the point that it's disturbing and will be an advantage when it gets hot and people want to be indoors.
Value for money is excellent, ample parking space, and location is easy to find. Ticks the boxes!

One of the best shisha in town, bring your friends and chill out or play card at this place it's hidden gem. Okay maybe not so hidden but I like the location lots of parking spaces, also don't forget to try the food is great
