I wanted to share my positive experience with this center. Their professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness were truly outstanding. They made me feel valued and ensured a smooth visit. Kudos to them, especially the excellent receptionist khaoula she was so helpful and very kind.

I recently visited the Arabian Business Centre at Amer Centre, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The main issue I encountered was the excessive waiting time, which left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Upon arriving at the Arabian Business Centre, I expected a reasonably efficient process for the services they offer. However, I found myself waiting for an extended period, which seemed unnecessary given the nature of the tasks at hand. This waiting time not only inconvenienced me but also wasted valuable time that I could have spent on other important matters.

In addition to the prolonged wait, the overall service quality did not meet my expectations. The staff appeared overwhelmed and disorganized, which further added to the negative experience.

I believe that customer service is a crucial aspect of any service center, and it was disappointing to see this aspect lacking at the Arabian Business Centre. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work towards improving their services, including reducing waiting times and enhancing staff efficiency.

In conclusion, my visit to the Arabian Business Centre at Amer Centre left me with a sense of disappointment due to the long waiting times and subpar service quality. I hope they make the necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant experience for their customers in the future.

I had an excellent service from Arabian Business center - Amer- they helped to get my son Golden Visa on time- special thanks to Nahla. She knows the process very well and she guided me in all the steps. Thank you one more time.

The worst customer experience ever, I tried there home service, they have collected the documents on time but after that they stopped sharing updates and until the moment no feedback if even they submitted the urgent applications that were collected 7 days back or still waiting on someone shelf.
When I called the call center they provided a new number but again no one is picking up the call & the only answer you might get if you WhatsApp them is "I'm checking sir".
Disappointing and disrespectful center.

The branch is great and the immigration team was lovely amazing but the id typing guy is the worst his name is sharfi or shaqfi the guy is so slow and doesnt want to work treating the clients in a very bad way, i had to struggle with him for my id application waiting so long to start with my app. While the branch was so quite and no other clients even waiting but it took him more than an hour to start with my id app. Then he said photo isnt approved before even trying to use it, until i had enough from him and went to mazaya mall there is amer also there and they made my id app. In less than 10 minutes!

Imran Mirza gave an excellent service for my golden Visa application. I strongly recommend him for any services related to Golden visa. I got it done in minimal time with highly efficient service and regular updates.

I had used Arabian Business Centre/Profound UAE to help get my UAE residency. The person who handled my application and guided me through the process was Imran Mirza. I chose the fast track option.
Imran went out of his way to ensure that the whole process went smoothly especially the medical and biometrics and in the final delivery of the ID card. He was always available when I needed to clarify anything and it was reassuring to have someone like him handling my application.

I would say this is one of the best Amer centers in Dubai. If you are close to Sheikh zayed road, you should definitely visit this center only for all support. They are very fast, very visitor friendly and very professional in their approach. Miss Shivani, who works at the center has provided best support to my wife and our family. Stuff is very friendly but the system is breaking down on regular basis which leads to big delays and extra fees. Sometimes payments with visa are not possible because systems don’t work. Sometimes payment vouchers are not working at all and we had to wait a few days several times to only pay the invoices. Then for card payments they take 2,5% extra charge, which is ridiculously much. So many uncomfortable Situation you have to face here. Again the stuff cannot change it. The government system is just very bad programmed and has issues regularly. And these delays are unpredictable and bad for the process of Stützung companies etc.

It's easy to get your immigration work done at this location. Extremely helpful and prompt staff. I get all my immigration and government services work done from them.

I like to finish all my applications in this branch cz of the professional friendly staff but i prefer the service of the old cashier nadim, he was smarter and faster!

One of the best center for Tasheel and Amer service in Dubai, friendly and experienced staff, more over valet parking is advantage.

Processed our nanny’s visa here. Good service, not very busy and they offer valet parking. Staff were very accommodating. I think they charge an extra 90dhs if you pay by card.

I had been there for the Visa renewal and though the people There are courteous I did feel that the overall process could have taken less than 15 mins against the nearly 1.5 hrs that I spent in the centre. The staff positions are well manned but waste a lot of time doing unproductive things. Seriously felt that the process could be made and managed in much less time.
