Arabian Grill

Arabian Grill was one of our favourite restaurants earlier, but quality of food and service have deteriorated considerably since they moved from Discovery Pavilion to Al Furjan. My shawarma order was not noted properly despite many reminders. Even the cream of chicken soup was sweet. I will never order from here again. Even the person taking the order is rude and argumentative. Bad customer service

Worst service ever! They are only interested in delivering orders. The staffs are not bothered to take or attend any customers who just walk in. I ordered and it’s take out ; even then they didn’t give one dish they charged for. Worst restaurant ever!

Arabian Grill is a fantastic restaurant that offers delicious Middle Eastern cuisine that is both filling and affordable. One of our favorites is their mix grill, which consists of a variety of meats, including lamb, chicken, and beef, all seasoned to perfection and grilled to juicy tenderness.

The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the size of the portions and the quality of the ingredients. It's a great spot for a satisfying lunch or dinner without breaking the bank

Overall, we highly recommend Arabian Grill to anyone

Worst service ever!
The restaurant staff are not interested to treat the customers who are dining in and concentrating more on the take away.
Do not have enough bearers to serve the purpose and overall a very bad experience. Waited almost an hour to get the ordered food

We have had meals at this restaurant.few times.but the shock we got when we ordered Tom yum soup.and the lesson learned.never order such delicacies in such restaurants… on top of it.the waiter started arguing.that the soup is supposed to be like this.
It was no where closer to Tom yum soup

First of all very expensive forgot about expensive I had a chicken with rice the rice was worst I have ever had and I asked the waiter he doesn't know how behave the costomer

Delivery took 1 hrs 36 minutes to Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina hotel which is just a drive of 10 minutes from the restaurants. Highly disappointed

Very poor quality of food, and too costly, they will not providing drinking water and the funniest part they don’t have even a wash area…
If I can give 0 star will give that one.
My advise is by mistake also don’t go there! You will spoil your time and stomach!

I ordered Shawarma plus yesterday. It was one of the worst Shawarma I ever had in Dubai. It was too bland, cold, oily and meat was not cooked properly. I got stomach aches the next day. I messaged them on Whatsapp regarding this, they didn't even cared to give me a response back.
Very disappointed.

Worst service by this restaurant. Not recommended at all. Order more than 1 hour no response from them. Whenever call they said 5 to 10 mins but order still preparing.

Not at all meets up the expectations! Ch wings size shown are good on the menu, but its smaller than your smallest finger! Shawarma are so small compared to the menu size.its a shame. Will never come back.

Was searching for restaurant on Thursday night @11 but almost everything was closed. Went to pavilion mall n thought to try Arabian grill as no other option were left. Was amazed when I tasted their hummus. Just mouth watering. Ordered shish Tawook. Too good. Very nice n fast service.
Please visit this place they deserve the credit.enjoyed the time.

The customer service is very bad, they don’t come when you call for them, they turn and walk away from you when you’re talking to them, you have to go chase after them.as soon as i payed for my meal, it was a takeaway, they no longer bothered with me.even the 6 people who got there 10 minutes after me were eating and there was still no sign of my food.side note: don’t get the soup, absolute waste of money

Very bad food doesn't even taste good and it's over priced I ordered charcoal and it was fried in oil

Meals are well prepared, fast service and friendly staff. Rarely the place is crowded so one can enjoy the meal to the fullest. Try Veg Manchurian ;)

The restaurant is good, the food is Very good and fresh. I liked so much and I will come back again.
Hospitality is good.

Should be better if the water use the mask correctly.

Worst food ever. I ordered chowmen and i was served with white thin noodles and gravy made with corn starch, only a bowl of complete bland food and disappointment. The second thing i ordered was charcoal chicken with cabasa rice. And i was served with 5 small pieces of chicken and stale rice. I took two bites and told the staff that the food is not eatable and he was just quite. So i paid the bill and left. Complete wastage of money and time.

We were 3 +1 (kid) to dine but were denied 6 person table, food was good but service was okay, also met a small pest, pic attached.

The 6 person table was later released to 3 guest.

Will never visit again.

Worst response n restaurant very rude staff and full of attitude no commitment n no professional zeal to work.

Treat customer as begger n make them wait even there is no customer in the restaurant.

The manager is the same call Center guy.

And the worst thing that I order via Zomato APP the worst platform ever in the world. And their call center at super not professional, I think they don't know what doesn't customer service means. Specially the agent called Neha. She speaks i think different English then what we studied in schools.

Horrible.i used to be a regular customer. I called them directly instead of zomato.just bcoz I wanted the food quickly.ordered at 19: 30 received food at 21: 40 after 3 follow ups.

The guy on phone said it was obvious that I received in 2 hours.he was like "what were you expecting sir".
Atleast they delivered food.i had a doubt they would give me raw material and say it was "obvious".

We have ordered Butter chicken, channa masala, veg fried rice and roti and simply end up with poor taste. Even we were not able to finish half of that. Seriously can't understand what they are serving and why if you are unable to maintain the quality even.

The food takes more than 1 hour and 20 minutes despite being 10 minutes away from my house, the food comes all cold and wet, called the restaurant, staff utterly confused and disrespectful, scripted answer that restaurant is busy, ask for the food to be returned and refund, the person of the phone is rude and impolite, as if the food is free.i paid for the food so I have all the right to ask, worst service and cold food never want to order from here, if u dont value service and love to eat cold and wet food soaked I'm moisture please feel free to order from arabian grill. I would rate this restaurant below "0" solid below "0", the person on the phone thinks we dont have any work and are waiting only for the delivery guy so they can play hot food cold food for hours and hours.

Food is not so tasty and the costumer service is very bad. The staff there are very rude to the customer.

I ordered humoos with shawarma and fries all are cold like they are kept from morning. The bread was also not fresh. Upon complain the waiter argued. Calling service to the staff also not as per the prices. So 1 star for all this.

Absolutely terrible restaurant. Did not deliver my food and when I called he said driver couldn’t find my address and then ignored my call and took my money regardless! AVOID THIS PLACE!
