Arabian Home Health Care - Dubai

If there is zero stars I would have chose it, I needed a tracheostomy tube for my father's procedure, first they got me the wrong device after making me transfer the money to their account then only they will place the order, second I had to wait for them to change the tube and wait 4 days because it was during national day weekend and I didn't get my order ontime for my father's procedure, finally when I recieved the order and got home and opened it I found it was the wrong tube again even tho I have provided them with the code and measurements for the tube I needed

I just went today to buy stockings for my surgery, and the salesman Saheer is so rude talking to me as if I’m not a customer, he is even telling me not to talk after he agreed in my request and like accusing me that I made their product in a bad condition but the other pair is the same as I tried one piece only. The manager resolved the issue but I'm still feeling like Saheer is looking down on me as if I don't have money to pay for it.

Horrendous Customer Service Experience!

I recently had the misfortune of visiting the Arabian Home Health Care shop, and I must say, their customer service was absolutely Disaster. I entered the store with high hopes of finding spare part for product which I purchased from them a year ago and was expecting to receive assistance from knowledgeable staff members. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

The abysmal customer service, lack of product knowledge, and dismissive attitude of the staff made it a truly dreadful experience. I would strongly advise anyone in need of medical health care products to look elsewhere for their needs. There are plenty of other establishments that prioritize customer service and offer a much better shopping experience.

Absolute illiterate management who have zilch knowledge about any of the products; if you ask them a simple question about a BIPAP they will start swinging amiss countless times; like uneducated quacks picked off the street and kept in these high positions just because they know Arabic; plus high priced than other stores; managers just there to have a good time with free coffee/tea, fatayrs and other Egyptian food; plus they are mostly Mizrees which means SURELY AVOID LOL

Not a good store, high priced, rude and arrogant managers who deal with customers, went in for Yoga garments and they tried to scam me a high amount whereas I got it much cheaper in another pharmacy! Never go there, they hike the prices to maximize their margins

Great place for medical equipment. They have or will get for you anything that you require. Hospital beds for home, canes, bandages, wheelchairs, mobility devices, bed pans, crutches etc. Great follow up by staff as well.
