Had bad experience, brownie. Male staff with long curly hair asked to make it hot I said yes, but had to wait for brownie for more than a coffe and continuesly ask staff to give it to me and it was not hot, not pleasant experience
Extremely rude, unethical staff, chandan don't really know how to respect the customer, definitely need to learn how to speak to a customer, extremely unethical rude behaviour or In simple words very disrespectful and ugly tone.
Very rude staff, they speak through clenched teeth. Perhaps there is a large flow of clients and the guys are just tired, but I think it is completely unacceptable to be rude to a client if the client has a question. The service is terrible!
One of the cashiers was fighting with his colleague and he didn't talked properly with customers. I told him to speak calm but he continued it. My coffee was there for quite minutes.you can't expect shouting in a big space like Dubai mall for people to hear.
I have always loved their coffee and they have decaf too. You might find it a bit pricier than normal cafes but it is justified. I ordered Kyoto latte and it was decaf. Taste is 10/10
Very good coffee. You get to choose from either multi or single beans and then the origin of the beans. I got an Ethiopian americano that was really good. Also tried the dates cake with was delicious and not ok sweet
Arabica is one of my favorite coffee chains and this particular location is no different. The coffee is delicious and the location itself is nice and conveniently located in proximity to the fountain side entrance. There's a nice small seating area, too.
The Pilipino women cashier is disrespectful. She prevents the waiter from giving me my order because she thought that I was insulting him because I was aiming my finger to him asking him to bring my order.does this consider insult? Otherwise Coffee tasted good.
Arabica coffee is amazing and so is the service. Love the location and desserts here. They are sometimes a victim of their own success as you might not get a table for a while.
Staff are always energetic. Coffee is consistently good, iced or hot. It's expensive but you're paying for the quality. They have alternative milks and decaf. Their matcha is good too. I highly recommend the honey latte. Seating is limited but comfy.
Perfect stop for a coffee break with many options of coffee and milk variations available. Limited seating options with distancing measures, come early to secure a spot, as crowded as it gets.
Super relaxing, quiet area of the mall where you can sit and unwind a bit. Coffee is delicious as always. Make sure you get their loyalty card stamp. They also have oat milk, almond milk and lactose free milk! Will be my go to when coming to Dubai Mall.
Perfect shopping break. Very nice and cozy to sit down, relax and unwind in a busy day. Delicious high quality coffee. Staff is friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!
No words can be added to describe how good is the Arabica coffee and how thier Spanish latte is o e of the best. This store is really nice and has a different concept over other coffee stores.
Best coffee in Dubai Mall. I tried almost all the coffee, hot and cold. The Spanish latte is a good option if you want a sweeter drink, to me it’s one of the best. The flat white, latte and dark latte are really good. The arabica drip coffee is great.
Very good latte. They offer a single origin beans for lattes which is a little abnormal. Usually blends are the best for lattes. This latte was really good. Would recommend
