This showroom is one of the most beautiful showrooms in the Emirates. They work with honesty and sincerity. Thank you very much for directing the customer to the right things. Special thanks to the sales representative, Mahmoud, who helped us a lot and was one of the best people who have good dealings with the customer. Good luck to such companies that have no mistakes.

Habib went above and beyond to help us choose floor and bathroom tiles, arranging samples, and accommodating changing requirements. It was invaluable!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Arabuild, and I must say that their level of professionalism and the quality of their products exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, my experience with Arabuild was outstanding.

AVOID THEM- One of the worst customer service experiences. Spent over AED100,000 with them.they made a mistake in delivering an extra large slab which I was charged for even though I’d asked them to cancel it. They delivered the slab and when I asked them to return it they said it was company policy to charge AED1000. Basically charge me a penalty for their own mistake! Spent hours trying to discuss with them. Sent them evidence of the messages where I clearly asked them to cancel the slab and not deliver it. And their messages confirming they won’t deliver it. They then blamed my project manager for accepting the slab even though it was wrapped up with another order they delivered so it wasn’t evident on delivery that it was delivered by mistake. Only when my project manager got involved (as she has sent them other customers since me) that they agreed to reduce the penalty to AED500! They should have apologized for their mistake not charge a penalty for it. They also refused to allow us to speak to a manager. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Needless to say I will never return to them, never recommend them and my project manager will never send them another customer. I’m not sure if their management is even aware of their awful sales staff who clearly don’t care about the business or returning customers. Hopefully they will be aware now.

Kindly update your Working Hours as I visited your showroom at 7: 15PM on a Saturday and it was Closed although it’s mentioned closing time is at 9: 00PM, Thank you.

A very beautiful and wide range selection of tiles. Very well presented. Nice, well trained and help ful staff. Good experience overall. Nice and calm atmosphere. Good business policies. Attractive prices. I would recommend it.
