There is no way to get updates or ask any questions.two times i had returned item collection request.one was delay and hardly i get it done.i am waiting for another pickup.today is third day, but did not come to pickup and main thing is there is no way to contact them to ask about my pickup.i have to keep on waiting, stop my personal work and wait, keep looking my mobile whether they come or nor.i dont know how many days and what time.if you face any issue good luck.no any customer service number or assistant.you get lost.worst service ever.i can understand why all this below bad reviews comes.its all correct i guess.funny thing is they keep sending e mail saying that customer did not answer, "shipment rescheduled". Keep doing thus many days.this is lie.i did not get any call or no one come to pickup.

Worst service! Providing false promises, no respect with client time. Would not recommend to anyone.

Delivered time 9am to 6pm are you kidding me? The driver was calling me at 3: 21 pm that he is at my house NOW… seriously do they expect me to take a day off and wait like a puppy next to my door all day for the delivery guy? And if you call back to announce that you broke every speed record and limit to rush back in 15 minutes no one is taking your call…

EXTREME POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
No time commitment.
Staff will give you time but no discipline.
No one will call you for update and the time of complain they will not pick up your call.
Whole day you will wait and After 6 customer service will also stop working.and then they will sell your contact and general information to scammers

Slow and worst service by the guy staff. It me 45 mins. To wait for his service and he saw me 45 mins. Ago and still appraoched the guys behind me.

They failed to deliver my parcel to designated hotel in ajman, instead they just dropped it in ajman aramex point, and if i didn't notice, it would stay there till forever. After i called three different agents, they finally made reverse delivery back to my home. Two agent failed to write down my home address correctly. Third agent finally got it right. My palcel is still with me. Zero results achieved. Recipient left the hotelm 67 AED is paid for absolute NOTHING

The worst courrier service I have ever encountered in my life. The level of frustration and anger they let their customers have feels so personal. The negligence and lack of response is intentional. You can never talk to a human in the company, all bots that don’t even do the job right. My parcel which contains my passport had to arrive today according to the tracker website and it wasn’t delivered so when i checked again it said no parcel found under that number and when I contacted them via whatsapp they said the rep couldn’t reach me when I DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALLS AND MY NUMBER WAS CLEARLY STATED ON EVERY RECEIPT AND INVOICE AND LABEL. I HAVE TO TRAVEL TOMORROW AND THEY SAID THEY’LL TRY AGAIN TO REACH ME 3 DAYS FROM NOW! ’ What in the actual hell is this stupid service? ! And now they dont even answer their whatsapp anymore. If I could not even give one star and keep in minus i would. And this is not the first time, no wonder their 2.8 rating. Terrible!

So bad service. The only option to connect with them though the chatbot and that has no idea how to support, except keep repeating what has already told. A delivery of mine took two weeks and several attempts from me. The agent won’t follow the timing specifications nor try to call a second time if the first attempt was not successful. What a shame to operate in such pathetic ways.

After they take your money, if there is any issue with the shipment good luck trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone, the number they provide have no option to talk to a human, and they refer you to the support on the website, you send your complain and you get automated email that someone will reply within 24 to 48 hours! Well my shipment was supposed to be delivered 24 hours ago and you made pay extra for that, and now after 48 hours I have to wait for another 48 hours to get someone to answer me.
Edit: after getting the reply, I sent an email to the provided address, and it has been more than 24 hours with no reply! I went to the location, the guy said that he will call back, nothing happened. I have never seen such a bad experience dealing with a company like this.

Unprofessional, They do not deliver on the scheduled date, they do not answer calls. Been waiting for my parcel for three weeks!

The worst delivery experience ever. I don't understand why they make it impossible to speak to a human being to resolve the issues. My very important parcel has been delayed multiple times. The reason that has been given is that I was unavailable at home. I took an early leave from work (which cost me my half-day pay) and made myself available at home all day and no one came or called.

It was supposed to then be automatically rescheduled for the next working day which it did not.:)

I later changed the address to my workplace so I don't have to lose out on salary again, but while I am at work, I get a call from the delivery guy saying that he is AT MY HOUSE!

WORST!

Pathetic service. I was told documents will reach in 2-3 working days and it did not reach even in 5 working days. False promises. Will never use Aramex again

One of the worst courier services I have ever encountered. The courier guy called once and that too from a landline number which i could not take anyhow. They marked shipment as customer not reachable.
People opted courier for get their items delivered on the address given. Aramex is not trustworthy at all, No matter how important the shipment is, They failed again and again. Will surely not be using it ever again.
They did not deliver someone birthday gift on time, Pathetic service.

Very bad service, delay in delivery, customer care zero star ، yesterday on 5th of September 2023 I went to the branch in Emirates mall, the agent Said that he sent and fix the delivery date for me but unfortunately he did nothing I can see on the track number.he said wrong information to me just to let me go, no action taken, even I informed him that this is an urgent request because I need my card I have no cash money! Till this date I have no cash money because of the bad service and Employees actions.
