I ordered from Amazon on January 6th with a 2-day delivery through Aramex. The package has not arrived since then. I provided all the necessary information; so far, all my packages and orders have always arrived. Their customer service is unreachable. Amazon's customer service left two messages for them to assist with the delivery, but to no avail. I received a response to my email stating that they rescheduled the delivery for the next working day, which was today, but the package still hasn't arrived.

This is just the worst shipment you could ever choose.first it was the delivery that I waited for the whole day and never came then I tried pick up for 2 days through their mobile outlet. It says open but guess what!?
Been waiting to even see the truck.

I came to collect my stuff but unfortunately there was no one here.
I wanted more than 1 hour but no one showed up

3 pending deliveries and I can’t reach anyone for help! They promised to deliver it 3 days ago after being delayed for a week and I’m still waiting! They don’t even have a number to call because they know how bad is their service! I don’t know why shops use them I’ll never deal with anyone using Aramex as a carrier

Please please save your money and use any other shipping service other than aramex. There is a line of 10 people, you will be talking to the rudest customer service person on the planet and have to to wait upward of 30 minutes in 40 degree heat. This is all for a priority bank card that is as promised to me in 24 hours

named Waffaa Al Sunwi suggesting
delivery at the timing
when the guest will be already leaving. Terrible terrible service. They are charging and not delivering. Please use DHL instead.
